Very helpful & friendly team

All the staff were very friendly & helpful. Someone noticed my boyfriend struggling to carry something because of his injured knee and offered to carry the item to the till for him. Puck helped me choose my walking boots. If it weren't for his help I wouldn’t have bought a pair that day as I couldn’t figure out the right fit. He helped me figure out the type of boot I needed for their specific use and best fit to my feet. I’m so grateful, I now have a pair of walking boots that I enjoy wearing. They’re by far the most comfortable boots I’ve owned. Thanks Puck!

Bought some new boots

Bought some new boots Nabeil was amazing when I spoke about my range and what I’m doing and he directed me to a ramp to properly test the boots 10/10

Was served by puck, very helpful with deciding what walking shoes that best fit my 10 year old daughter. Very polite and respectful, will definitely be going there again for anything I need for the outdoors.

New shoe help

We went in to find my mum some new walking shoes and Puck was wonderful in helping us find a great pair of Merrell Moab 3. Great service and great price

Use this store regularly

Use this store regularly, mostly for parcels, but also to buy camping / outdoor equipment etc fairly frequently. I’ve always had a good experience, with various staff being super helpful. Today i was served by Nabeil, who was at the parcel drop off before I had a chance to ring the bell, was very polite and human, and had been previously too… but it could have been 95% of their staff being that nice. Great store, great staff.

Wonderful shop
