Our innovative 'Safe Equipment Management System' (SEMS) enables competent persons to carry out preventative maintenance inspections on a wide range of equipment, across many industry sectors (construction, farming, warehousing, manufacturing, transport & logistics to name a few). Our safety inspection checklists are just one part of the system; the status tag also ensures visibility of the completed safety inspection checklist (including date and findings) and clearly indicates to employees if/when an safety inspection has been missed or if faults have been found – removing the risk of assumptions. There are many benefits of using Good to Go Safety as part of a preventative maintenance regime. By implementing regular equipment inspections on workplace equipment, the chance of spotting a equipment fault early are greatly increased ensuring the company can take action before it deteriorates further. Early detection of damaged or faulty equipment can help to prevent accidents and reduce costs. Many companies require daily inspections to be carried out on various types of equipment (either as a legislative requirement or simply as best practice), whilst others may find weekly or even monthly checks to be sufficient. Our innovative range of checklists and tagging systems allow inspections to be carried out whenever required. The Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations (PUWER) 1998 impose specific legal duties on companies to provide, inspect, maintain and operate safe work equipment. With such a wide range of safety inspection systems available, Good to Go Safety will ensure you are meeting your health and safety obligations relating to workplace equipment (under PUWER, LOLER, WAHR and more). Our equipment maintenance checklist systems are designed for use in virtually all conditions. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. The status tag is highly durable and weather resistant and is also universal which means one tag fits all types of equipment - no matter whether you intend to use tags on Scaffolding, Ladders, Forklifts or Pallet Trucks; the tag will sit flush and remain highly visible at all times. We recommend that the tag be fixed at the main access point to ensure maximum opportunity to be seen by potential users. A duplicate copy of each completed inspection is retained within the check book for management records, providing a clear chronological audit trail which can be examined in the event of any future accidents (providing invaluable documented evidence in the process). Many companies may ask the question, "Why do I need a SEMS if we haven’t had an accident?" We don’t believe in waiting for an accident to occur before taking action, we provide a means to simply remove potential risks at the source by promoting pre-use checks. A paperless alternative is now also available through the use of our TakeAIM app which will allow you to carry out all your equipment inspections digitally and gather useful data which can be analysed to identify trends and help further improve preventative maintenance programmes.

Great App great Product
Had An App Showed to me and was inspired to get it and have a go, Got the app downloaded and signed in and was surprised how easy things were, joined to the main website and discovered the free enrolment, and signed in and got the free credits for the free trial period and started to play around with it and found that the site was very easy to navigate and to find how to do the stuff you needed to do,
we adopted this very quickly and started to add items to see how easy it was to register the asset and to see the inspection lists, this was great and again easy to do followed this up with entering our assets how we wanted them to be with pictures and again very easy to do,
I needed to ask the question about when I had already set up an asset how do I add the QR code and response was a fantastic quick and responsive in a very timely manner giving me the easy solution word for word to get the job done so I started running around sticking QR codes on everything and encouraged my team to have a go and get practice in they found it so simple to do it caused an interest in what I had asked them to do,
they have been busy putting QR codes on and coming back with new fresh Ideas about the other opportunities we could use this for and I am happy with that response that everyone wants to join in and put forward good ideas on other things the QR tagging could do,
It looks like we shall be staying with this product because you have no obligations, and you do not subscribe, and you do not have to have a membership, its a pay as you go buying the credits as you want when you want to keep pace with as much or as little as you need I would like to say a big thank you for this and thank you Graham for your input and response time when questioned and we are looking forward to any upgrade due in June
