Would like to be able to update order
Good service and a reasonably simple interface. the only change Iwould like is that once orders are placed they cannot be updated, even minutes later.

Goodprint business cards
I ordered some business cards from a JPEG image I had. The website is intuitive to use, it made it clear which areas would be cropped and where to avoid putting text etc, it gave you a clear (and as it turns out accurate) preview of what the card would look like. Qualiy was v good, paid a bit more for next day delivery and they arrived. So all in all v.good thanks

Site Discount June 2015
The discount code for new stationery was sent by email offering a 50% discount of stationery I wanted to order some LUX business cards. However, when ordering the LUX business cards no discount was applied to the order and on phoning the company I was told the discount did not apply to the LUX cards, which was contradictory to the marketing email. I phoned to query why no discount was applied and was then offered a 10% discount. I ended up just ordering the normal cards, which did have the full discount. I have dealt with the company for many years and have been very happy with the service until now.

I am very sorry for the error in this code, at the time the CS team were unaware that it wasn't working as it should have been and therefore could only offer the 10% however we did log this error and the code was corrected so you can now order 20 single sided LUX cards with 50% off. I can see you have already ordered some normal cards however we wanted to make you aware that we did fix this issue so thank you for flagging it up.

Had trouble uploading images for printing but believe that was down to me rather than Goodprint. Customer services finally managed to sorted it out for me and as usual when product arrived it was to their usual high standards - will order again :-)

amazing quality for money
I have used Goodprint a few times now, the quality is really good for the price and is sent in the post very fast. I think the card making tool could be improved but apart from that I would 100% recommend. keep up the good work
