Andrea is warm kind (I am 83 and those qualities and rare and much appreciated) and very efficient so i am happy!!

Tried getting in touch 3 times. No response at all. Poorest agency ever.

I put 0 if I could. Absolutely no respect for the customer- we came for a viewing, wasted our time and on the way out of property the agent said that the deadline to put an offer in less than in one hour.
They don’t bother to call and warn about the situation before, why, who cares? And when I called them they said they did not know they were supposed to call and they can take an offer by the phone. Seriously?
If you value your time and respect yourself- avoid Goodfellows agency!

Very bad service, dishonest, rude, and don't care about their clients at all. I would prefer to be homeless rather renting through them. Avoid using goodfellows....

Goodfellows Carshalton Beeches - cowboy branch manager, Lee. AVOID!!!!!! Advertising properties to sale then when you contact them, you can't view! Very suspect! Probably selling to their mates or putting fake properties on website to make themselves look busy!!

We used Goodfellows Estate Agents to sell my late aunts property in Morden Surrey that was going through probate.

All the staff were professional, helpful and friendly. They put the property on the market, and sold the property within a few days.

Communication from start to finish was simply stuning. I would highly recommend Goodfellows Estate Agents to sell your property. You are truly in good hands.

I dealt with Reece at Goodfellows, I cannot describe him as anything but fantastic. He understood exactly how quickly I needed to move, he was not only easy to communicate with but always there when I needed to get in contact with any queries. He was one of the best estate agents I dealt with and lovely to have had him there. He is easy to talk to and an all round great person! I highly recommend Reece and based on his work, I highly recommend Goodfellows.

After being extremely disappointed with a local estate agent I switched to Goodfellows. The office I dealt with was Ponteland. The estate agent was thoroughly professional in every way. I can highly recommend them if your selling a house in the Newcastle upon Tyne area.

There are no words to express the ordeal we have underwent with this agency. I would have preferred to sleep in the street rather than rent through them. Please avoid them as the plague!!!!

AVOID. If need property, I'll suggest you to go through any other agency. Many problems with this like tenant.

Very bad service. Lack of communication. Very poor performance overall. They only managed to bring 2 viewings in almost 3 months while our 2 neighbours already sold via another agency. Will switch to them as soon as the agreement with GF expires

Great agency. Fast responses and very proactive. They were a great help and managed to push the sale through from start to finish in under 3 months.

I’ve never actually used Goodfellows but decided to give them an appropriate review due to the amount of junk advertising flyers the Morden office puts through my letterbox, despite a prominent ‘No Junk Mail’ sign attached to said letterbox.
Having spoken to the branch manager about this via email, I was assured it would stop.
However, I’ve had 3 more flyers since.
If this is the care and attention they give to such a simple request, I certainly would never entrust them with any future conveyancing matters.

Getting my deposit back was overcomplicated.

We have been very pleased with the service we received from Goodfellows in Carshalton Beeches. From our initial enquiry we were kept updated and they helped guide us through the process right up to the point of completion. It has been a particulary difficult time with the pandemic, but all house viewings were done with safety in mind, which was very good. Lee and Sarah were great and always responded in good time and answered any questions that arose. We are glad that we decided to opt for a more traditional estate agent method, as they took away all the hassle and they helped us achieve a high sale price so they ultimately paid for themselves, so good value too. Would recommend.

Loved the pretzels with cheese sauce and the artichoke dip!!!! Wish they would add them to the menu permanently.... definitely would come more often
