So understanding, keeping in contact and most of all giving you the best deal possible. I will carry on using Golfgeardirect direct for all my golfing needs. If anybody needs help just ask for Chris, lovely gentleman . He will sort you out and keep you on track.

Best price on Taylormade cart bag and from ordering to delivery super quick, highly recommend.

Great deal on clubs, kept me up to date and gave a gift when product was delayed even tho it wasn't their fault.
Have and will recommend to friends to use

Order processed and delivered efficiently and on time thankyou

5 star for promises, will complete review if we get a delivery

Easy to use website, speedy delivery and golf club well packaged, will definitely use golfgeardirect again.

Where is my order?

Placed an order 8 days ago, got a confirmation that order has been processed and will be delivered in 3-5 working days and will get an email to confirm dispatch. This email has not been sent, no delivery received so far. Only a day late at this point, but no dispatch notice, no answer from the phone, no response from messages left on the answerphone, website chat is down, emailed and no answer.

Is anyone working??

I had a problem with a Golf Bag Hood on a Golf Bag I purchased from Golf Gear Direct , I contacted them and they were quick and very professional in dealing with my problem. There are very few Companies who could match that level of customer service and where possible in the future I will try to purchase any golf equipment from them first.

Very deceiving promotion to this mystery box and even on your website the box i received was half the size of the one on your website and at best there was just over £100 pounds worth of stuff for a £100 pound mystery box i would rather have spent my money at druids for there £99 pound ambassador package I have alot of golfing friends witch won't be ordering any mystery boxes after they saw what I received

Quick delivery with updates. Friendly helpful staff to answer any queries

Excellent communication
Excellent delivery time

Ordered a golf bag on a Sunday and just took normal delivery 3-5 days but it was here in two days. Brilliant service, great price.

Not great. Only by chance remembered my gloves haven’t turned up, when buying more at pro shop. £60 worth of gloves, no contact, no delivery. I’ve cancelled order. Helpful guy on phone

Easy, quick and reliable.,Nothing more to say. My society uses golf gear direct and we play annually a WoK just across the road. Keep up the good service 😃
