My order arrived nice and promptly and was exactly as described. Unfortunately the shorts were not a good fit. However the return was easy and the refund prompt. The sunglasses however are great.
Sunwise Predator White sunglasses arrived very quickly. these are very comfortable and more of a cream white that shiny gloss which looks fantastic.

Half of order missing
Ordered 2 dozen Srixon Z-star golf balls but received only one dozen, had it delivered to my son's address so I didn't check the content of the package until a few days later. I explained this in an email to the company on nov 29th but no reply. Will not be buying from them again and advise others not to do so.

Winter wheels money taken order not despatched 17 days later
I placed an order for Powercaddy winter wheels and golf travel cover on 3 November 11. The following day the money was taken from my account. That same day 4 November I was then sent an email informing me that the wheels were out of stock and I would have to wait another 2 weeks. it is now 22 November and no order has been despatched. I have not been able to use my trolley for the last 10 days as Winter wheels have to be used now on my golf course

DONT BOTHER WITH NEXT DAY DELIVERY
I ordered a pair of Nike golf shoes which to be fair were for a good price, however when you pay £16.99 for next day delivery before 10:30 you expect them to arrive at or before the stated time. They turned up a day late and i have emailed the company for my delivery money back but they don't have the courtesy to get back to me. Very poor customer service.

Our delivery options clearly state that you will receive your order the next working day, which in this case was the Tuesday, as our carriers do not deliver on a Sunday.
