Having decided to sell my gold with Goldmonkeys I had a quick yet reassuring conversation with Michael prior to posting the package.
I was impressed with the whole process and surprised, having posted my gold on a Friday, to receive an offer via email together with a breakdown of items, weight, carat and offer together with photos of the jewellery being weighed on the Saturday. Day 2. Pack received. Gold placed in pack and dropped off at my local Post Office. Didn't even have to pay for the postage.

Super impressed with this company firstly they were very friendly and helpful with answering questions which was great , but the most amazing thing is the honesty!
I was very happy with my quote but once delivered they contacted me to say the price of gold had increased and passed that bonus onto me.
It's so hard to know who to trust when selling gold as a lot do try to rip you off but if a company actually gives you more you know you're found an honest company. Highly recommend.
