Would I Use Gold Boutique again NO!!

Would I Use Gold Boutique again. NO!! I placed an order and they took money straight away. I was then told there was a shipping problem. From then on, I had to chase for information.Always told its a shipping problem with no explanation. No chance of talking to a real person at Customer Service.
As it was for a birthday gift the time scale ran out so I have cancelled and requested a refund. We now wait and see. As yet no reply.

I ordered a starfish necklace on line with Gold Boutique. The money was out of my account straight away to GB so I knew the purchase had gone through. A week later - having had no confirmation of my order, I emailed GB (I could not get through by phone) . They eventually replied asking for my order number (I had already told them I had no confirmation or ON) so I sent them my address. 10 days later still no confirmation from GB. So I got my bank to chase up getting my money back. Such a shame because I had ordered the necklace to replace a faulty necklace I bought for my wife a few months ago from Gold Boutique. I had already had a negative response from GB about the first necklace (the starfish was lost after the necklace link came apart) which I hoped they would replace but to no avail (even though it supposedly came with a 12 month guarantee). So all this effort - buying the necklace twice but still no necklace. The starfish itself was fantastic and my wife loved it. But never have I had so much hassle and negativity from a company. I regret buying this product

I regret buying this product. I bought a ring for my partner but it did not fit him. I was excited to return the ring and get refunded so that I could order a different size. I was told "Please allow up to 14 calendar days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times." It has now been over a month and after reading some reviews on here I am scared that I have been scammed

Fine services unless you refund or an exchange

I ordered the wrong size ring and decided to return it for a new size. Customer service contact was closed over a couple of weeks during the holiday period which makes it difficult to return the items on time. Once I received a reply I didn't get clear instructions on how to do the return. Once I have sent the ring, I had to chase 3 times to get a reply, they have now changed my status to a new order even though I requested a refund. It is now March and I still don't have a ring or my money.

I decided to take a chance since my partner really wanted a ring on their site. Never again. Not only was it delayed way beyond his birthday with an email saying they had no clue when it'd be dispatched they just know it's late. Then just as I reached out to ask for compensation of a refund it magically was instantly dispatched for delivery the next day. Luckily I saw the email and refused delivery so it was sent back to them as I persisted for a refund. After trying back and forth with their email customer service (insanely slow and resistant to refund) I raised a dispute with my bank who helped to luckily push for the refund. If you need a sign not to trust ordering, this is it!

SCAM!!! AVOID

Ordered a necklace as a Christmas present. It arrived and was returned within a couple days due to the poor quality of it. 3 Months on and they still won't give me a refund even after confirming they have received it. Apparently it's an issue on their end. Absolutely disgusting. Will be reporting this company to the trading standards tomorrow and will be pushing for a claim. Avoid their cheap products as they try to scam you.

Bought an item for a Christmas present…

Bought an item for a Christmas present which was unsuitable. Returned the item to them on the 16th January 2026 for a refund, they have confirmed they have received the item and my refund has been processed. After 13 emails chasing my refund I have still not received it. I have asked on 3 occasions to raise a complaint and they never give me the details I need, they just keep ignoring my request. Their customer service is really bad.

Item returned, still no refund

Item arrived promptly but was returned, unworn and unopened as it just wasn’t needed anymore. Returned the item first class tracked, and received confirmation on January 13th they had received my item and were processing my refund which I could expect within a few days.

It is a month and a half later and I still haven’t received my refund. I have contacted them several times to be told there is a delay but have been given no reason for why there is a delay. I received an email today detailing that there is still ongoing issues with delays in refunds and they cannot confirm a timeline of when this issue will be resolved. While I appreciate them reaching out to inform me of this, I do think the service is shocking considering their item has been returned, and I am still without the money I paid for it.

By the looks of it, I am not the only one.

Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service. Ordered a necklace which never arrived due to dpd not being able to find my house. Received email saying it was on the way back. Requested a refund several times and now I’m being blanked. My order was placed at the beginning of January and it’s now 16 Feb - no refund and all correspondence has stopped.

Disappointing after sales service

You will note I wrote my last review disappointed that I was still awaiting my refund for a returned product Gold Boutique confirmed they received on 13th January and were refunding me.
My latest update is I still have not received my refund and today is the 10th February, all communication has now stopped with them and they are not acknowledging my e-mails.
I would strongly recommended you think carefully before purchasing anything from these people.
This is the first time I have ever written a review like this, I usually work with anyone I have purchased an item from to get an adequate solution if there has been a problem.
This has now become totally unacceptable.

Terrible experience

The Item took ages to come and then was very bad quality. I then sent it back for a refund and heard nothing, so I emailed and then they said they have received and are processing it for a refund. But it has been over a month without a refund. This place is most likely a scam or it is very badly run.

Ordered a ring for a Christmas gift

Ordered a ring for a Christmas gift, this should have been £700 but reduced to £399. When the ring arrived it was nothing like the actual images that were on their website, it looked cheap and flimsy, my friend said it looked like something out of a Christmas cracker!
I subsequently contacted them via email asking if it could be returned for a refund. They promptly replied asking me to send back and fill in the form that they attached.
This I did on 13/01/2026 by special delivery at the cost of £10.25, the ring was received on 14/01/2026 by the company. Since then I have had no contact.
I have tried to chase them up by email and phone and had no success. I have also not received a refund.
I will never use this company again.
