I ordered several items from gte. They were either not delivered at all or delivered to the incorrect address by ups. Gte refuses to replace the shipment or refund the shipment because ups says it was delivered. I've checked my ring camera, no deliveries were made to my home the day ups claims it was delivered. Don't make the mistake I made . Pay a little more and get your products from a real company that wants satisfied customers

I purchased two separate refining kits, one on eBay and one from the website. Both kits were reasonably priced and they allow me that refine gold. I discovered that one of the acids is expired and they offered to replace it.
