We had great guides, amazing food and a great itinerary

The employees of Gohagan were excellent. Everything ran smooth, I could not have asked for anything better.

The service was really great. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we were happy with everything going on in our ship. The room service was great, the meals were great, the staff tended to our needs, the excursions were nice. There were a few too man mosques and palaces to my liking. Would have loved to have a little more interaction in the city with the local folks.

They didn’t add value but served as a needless middleman on our trip, which added to the cost.

The hotels and food were fine. The bus driver should get an award for getting us through those roads in one piece.

The places we saw were excellent. I especially enjoyed the address by the retired Chief Justice of their supreme court.

It would have been nice to have a couple of additional speakers about their history and customs and to receive a few handouts (although I bought books).

I noticed a few glitches during the period leading up to the trip, presumably caused by the change in your staff at the last minute.

Gohagen has smaller groups, which allows personal connections, and a close friends feel to touring. They get quality appointments, and exclusive access to certain venues. We really liked it.

Well conceived, varied experiences/sites, good guide(s) and very good location.

2 suggestions: at opening night reception have everyone introduce himself/herself briefly. Only once was there no enough time to get browsing/shopping and lunch in ithe time allotted--Broadway on a Sunday. Group lunch like one at Blenham are good.

All the staff was so pleasant and helpful. A special thanks to Hendry for meeting our special dietary needs. That made it feel like we were equals with the other guests instead of an after thought as we have experienced on other tours.

The tour to Milan and Lake Como was well organized, well run and staffed with great people. Gohagan was very helpful from start to finish.

Our tour director, Marc Nathan, was outstanding!
He is so knowlegable & entertaining. Very organized and calm with some very ditzy people.
I wish my history teachers had been as great!

This was a well-run trip with awesome staff and great food!

The host for the University of Tenn and his wife were of great value to the trip, I now consider them as close friends. The Wind Star crew was very attentive to our every needs, especially the ship's doctor and nurse as well as Tamara Zucco .

The agent was easy to reach and responsive to deal with questions and issues. We received unexpected onboard credits. A wealth of information was provided prior to our trip. The travel directors on the trip were so helpful.

The staff on the ship were really good but the office staff not so good; especially pre-trip communication and being helpful.

The ship was fabulous, the staff were fabulous the local guides were fabulous, the food was fabulous, the stops were fabulous.

Everything was first class, clean, staff polite, meals excellent, every trip off the ship organized and on time, interesting, and tour guides excellent

Our local guide, Mary was very knowledgeable about the area,
And Yvonne was available for any questions or concerns. 2 drivers we had were very polite and accommodating. Our beautiful hotel was in the center of an area with shops pubs and restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was good and the bartender made great margaritas! Wish I knew his name.
I like the variety that we had on this trip. The two local speakers Phil and
, and the author was also interesting but not as much.
The farm was one of my favorites along with the cooking class.
BLenheim was incredibly opulent. It was Shakespeare birthday and they were celebrating it the day we were there! Fabulous surprise.
We did not have enough time to spend in the first village we went to, and when we arrived at the second village later that day, all the stores were closed so I feel like we really missed out on roaming around and checking out the quaint Lille villages.
Hidcote garden was fabulous! And Broadway was an added surprise. Really enjoyed it.
The restaurant we had our going away meal was superb! The folk music was kinda cool too!
Over all I’d give it 5 stars
