Gogo charters were easy to work with. Calling them was quick and I'm a few they emailed me a quite with details for the trip i was looking at. Trip was perfect and James was such a great driver

Booked bus 30 days in advance for 50 people for a two day trip to Cincinnati. Gogo called 2 days before the trip and said the bus broke down and would need 3 weeks to be repaired (so the sales rep says). It was such a lie that I could tell by his tone that he wasn't telling the truth. The so called "Biggest" bus charter in the country didn't have replacement and couldn't find a replacement. They claim to own their own buses which is the farthest from the truth. They are a broker with great marketing who takes your money and tries to find a bus after the fact. To say the least, it was a nightmare working with GOGO. Very unprofessional outfit. I recommend going with a company that actually owns their buses.

I paid a down payment for a group to reserve the buses and within 8 hours, the group decided not to use the service. This was more than two weeks before the trip. Gogo Charters refused to give me back my $460. Legally, that's their right. But morally, that's utterly wrong. They know I'm just some guy trying to coordinate travel for 50 people. Don't book with Gogo! They are ruthless!

Our bus charter with GOGO charters went really well. I called early AM and works with Cody. He was able to send a charter bus quote to me for a trip to take 80 passengers up to San Francisco. The quote came via email and I was able to book it online. Few days later we got the driver info and the next day the bus showed up on time at the exact defined location. What a beautiful bus. James was such a nice chauffeur and was dressed in a suit and tie and his drivers hat. He loaded all the quest on the vehicle and served ice water per request. Great stuff and happy to have used the bus from GOGo
