The vets were so kind and supportive. Asked them a few questions about our puppy which was incredibly helpful and reassuring. Nurses and reception staff are also amazing.

As always staff were friendly and professional. Care given to my cat was really thorough and I was given great advice to keep her fit and healthy.

I visited the Northolt branch with a stray cat that needed medical attention. Everyone at this branch was welcoming, kind and considerate.
I especially want to thank Andy at this practice, whom I had the most conversation with. He was thoughtful, and communicated everything so well. Thank you Andy for all of your help, you really made my experience a good one.

Staff are unfailingly kind and practical, - so much so that my spaniel cries unless we pop in to say hello if we are passing.
The care is excellent and also practical...Jacqueline helped me to decide when we had reached the end of the road for one of my cats, empathizing with all the challenges of a much loved pet who is no longer enjoying life

We needed reassurance that our cat had successfully recovered from an injury. Lovely knowledgeable caring checkup from vet and also caring calm treatment from nurse to clip claws.
Our cat is always a mournful nervous creature during vet visits but the Raynes park team always quickly deal with her skilfully. Such a relief!

We have been taking our cat Juno to the South Woodford branch for the last year and always find the vets and reception staff to be friendly, helpful, prompt on appointments and very caring for her.
We had her neutered, her vaccinations and all check ups here and are super happy with the service and pricing.

Been with Stonelions for ten years with my dog.Yesterday I brought an elderly friend's dog who had ear infection.the vet was brilliant, listened to.my opinions and was so kind to Daisy.As always excellent reception staff as well, always helpful. Can't recommend Goddard's enough as far as I'm concerned.

Tilly unfortunately is a dog that has chronic aliments and is frequently at the vets. Receptionists, nurses and 2 of the vets know her well and welcome her accordingly. Her care plan is well thought out and continuity in her care with reviews from vets that know her is very important to me. Tilly's care is expensive and certain costs seem somewhat inflated on occasions.

We were there & back in 40 minutes on a 30c day. Aircon in waiting room & surgery. My cat had a thorough check up and did not seem stressed despite her grand age of 19.

Lovely healthcare staff! Always friendly, and the head vet has also given me honest advice in the best interest of my pet. I’m happy with Goddard and I don’t see myself ever switching to a different provider.

Lovely male vet at Harrow Weald branch. Made my nervous, anxious dog feel relaxed from the start. A really nice way about him. Also the receptionist was extremely friendly. A nice surgery and easy to park next door at Waitrose. Would definitely recommend.

Listened to my concerns about too many investigations and went for antibiotics as first line of treatment to be reviewed if no improvement

We’re always able to see the same vet - who is the best vet we have had the fortune to be with for years - and this means we have consistency again.

I took my Shih Tzu, Max, in this week as he was very lethargic and just wasn’t himself. We weren’t sure whether the recent hot weather was affecting him, but Rosemary gave him a thorough examination and prescribed some medication. Within a day, Max was feeling so much better and had really perked up, which was such a relief.

The reception staff were, as always, so welcoming and friendly, making us feel at ease from the moment we arrived. The practice was lovely and cool, which was much appreciated during the heat, and Rosemary was extremely professional, kind and reassuring throughout.

Thank you all for taking such good care of Max. We really appreciate everything you do.

This review is for Emma, my dog’s vet at the Chingford practice.

Emma has been caring for and treating my dog since he was a puppy. She is brilliant, patient, and so compassionate with all animals, especially my dog, who struggles with anxiety and anxiety-related aggression.

My dog has had a recurring problem with the skin around his eyes, and despite the challenges of examining and cleaning them, Emma has always been incredibly patient, gentle, and kind. She always takes the time to make him feel as comfortable as possible.

I’m very grateful to Emma and all of the staff at Goddard Veterinary Group’s Chingford practice for the wonderful care they’ve given my dog over the years. Thank you!
