Dasco Home Medical Richmond, Indiana. ZERO STARS! Horrible service from this 'provider' of CPAP supplies. EVERY SINGLE MONTH when I call to get my INSURANCE COVERED supplies, they tell me I am not eligible for supplies. Then they have to scrounge and scour for information that SHOULD BE AT THEIR FINGERTIPS. For OVER A YEAR I had been dealing with this. Each time I ended up talking to multiple representatives, and ultimately the people in resupply had to tell them I was eligible and for what. HOURS OF MY LIFE HAVE BEEN WASTED DOING THEIR JOB FOR THEM. I have talked to their Complaint Department multiple times, my provider spoke to their 'Dasco Representative' TWICE explaining the issue, to NO EFFECT. I have submitted a formal complaint to insurance so they can deal with them. I found a new supply provider. This company? SUCKS. Plain and simple. I don't know what their problem is, but it IS NOT MINE ANY MORE! ZERO STARS!
