Go Car Credit provided me with the…
Go Car Credit provided me with the finance I needed for my vehicle, and their customer service was great. Everything was explained clearly, including the interest, repayments, and the full terms of the agreement.
Yes, the interest is high, but they also work with customers who may have poor credit scores, which naturally comes with more risk. In my case, the interest was nearly the cost of the vehicle, so that is something every customer must seriously consider before signing.
For me, the monthly payment was lower than what I was already paying, and unlike leasing, I will own the vehicle at the end. I also hope that by paying the vehicle off faster than the contracted term, the overall interest will be reduced.
My main advice is this: do not take out this type of agreement unless you are absolutely sure you can afford it. The consequences of missing payments can be serious.
That said, if you can afford the repayments and you are comfortable with the interest, Go Car Credit are one of the friendliest and most helpful finance providers I have dealt with.
Make sure you view the vehicle beforehand, check your affordability carefully, and fully understand the interest before agreeing. I hope this review helps others make the right decision.

I sent a complaint through to Go Car…
I sent a complaint through to Go Car Credit which wasn't there fault but it was lookers star city, because i bought a ford ST-Line focus and within 6 months the media system stopped working and Looker said because it was outside the three month warranty i would need to get it repaired elsewhere, so i contacted Trading Standards who told me under consumer right act if the media system doenst work within the first 6 months Looker need to fix or replace and i passed this information to Go Car credit and a gentleman by the name of John in complaints dealt with my complaint and what a excellent job he did because he told me to get the system looked at find out the cost for repair and sent the quotes to him which i did and today he contacted me to inform me the complaint has been upheld and Go Car credit are help with the cost of repair and also giving me £50 compensation which i wasn't expecting, so i would like to thank John and everyone at go car credit for there help with this matter, i am well please with the action taken on my behalf.

Was easy enough
Was easy enough, I found the hand over team more difficult did not even respond to my communications. One week later and still don’t know if the car has been paid for.
