Great Value!
We ordered a few soccer jerseys for our children. The shirts came in the time frame it was mentioned and was a great value. We had a couple of the jerseys personalized with a name and number which added some time to the delivery but it was well worth it.

I keep trying to reach out for a return to be initiated and have not heard back about next steps. Trying to return a jersey that was printed imperfectly and does not fit.

Dear Ava,
Thank you for your feedback. We understand your concerns regarding your return request. Upon reviewing our records, we see that we replied to your initial email about the return on November 17, asking for clarification on which specific jersey you intended to return since your order included three kits. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response from you.
Additionally, during our live chat session, we addressed the issue of the imperfect print, but the conversation ended unexpectedly when you left without responding.
Please double-check your email inbox, including your spam/junk folder, for our previous messages. We are eager to resolve this matter and assist you with the return process.
Best regards,
GOATKITSHOP Customer Service Team
