I’ve bought from Go Amber several times and the products have always been as described, at a reasonable price an very promptly dispatched.
My most recent order took longer than expected to arrive, but I needn’t have worried.
Go Amber responded to my message, but the order then arrived before anything needed to be done. It had just taken longer than usual to arrive from Europe in the Christmas post.
Would have no hesitation about ordering again in the future.

Very easy and reliable site to order from. The teething necklace is lovely. Our little fella is only 4 weeks old but I'm certain he will get relief from using it,just like his siblings did.

Product arrived within a week, but unfortunately have made no difference to my teething baby.

Delivery was slightly longer than I expected but cannot complain at all. So pleased with our order and looks even better than the picture 😁

Quick efficient service and good quality braclet

Arrived relatively quickly but as soon as it was put on baby it broke! Have said they will replace but I am not holding my breath. Also appeared that they were in the UK but they are actually in Latvia. I would not risk giving one to the baby again incase they do not reach UK standards. Given how easily it broke I doubt they do.
Please note this review was written in October 2021. The reply was posted December 2022 and no replacement has arrived. To be honest I had forgotten about it! Surely 13 months is long enough to replace it?

Within short period bead broke off and not long later the clasp snapped. Response from Go amber was poor

Please guys DO NOT order from this site it is a SCAM ... I ordered a bracelet over a week ago and have received no email and no bracelet and I’ve just been informed it’s a fake site based in Latvia pretending to be in the uk. If you have payed with PayPal it will show the company as via-electrum. To get a refund just file a case in PayPal. This has happened to a lot of people and they have been refunded so be aware of this site. Thanks 👍🏻

AVOID this Company like the plague! I ordered 2 necklaces for my 2 granddaughters. It took a very long time to arrive and then both necklaces broke within a few months (the clasps broke). When you need to return them, they are in LATVIA - Not UK based at all!!!! I sent them back at my own expense, but now they are saying it is our fault because we didn't look after them properly. They have refused to fix them, replace them, return them, or refund me! So, they have my products and my money!!! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. These people are thieves and only interested in getting your money. They do not respond to e-mails either.

Terrible company. Luckily I paid for my order through PayPal and was able to open a fraud case to claim my money back as items have never arrived and company won't give me postal details so that I can trace the items they have apparently dispatched. Claim to be a UK company but are not based in the UK at all. No customer service... every email I have sent is replied to using an automated message.

After multiple messages and promises the package has been posted still nothing.. apparently replacement was sent & case opened with royal mail.. it is now 3rd June! Still No teething jewelery, This company it seems just takes your money and doesnt actually provide any goods... had to re call payment from bank with a fraud investigation via TSB

I ordered a dark amber necklace with dark black / brown string. The one I received had bright green string! Completely different from what I ordered. Their response was each item will vary due to it being a natural product! And if you read their terms it says it’s down to the customer to pay returns costs even if the items faulty! I paid the returns costs (back to Latvia even though It’s a uk company) and I’m still waiting for my refund.

Ordered a baby anklet from this company and it was faulty. It was falling off in the first few minutes it was on. So dangerous. They refused a refund and said that it was supposed to come off under pressure. It had not been put under any pressure under a child socks and leggings.
Disgraceful customer service. Save yourself some money and but elsewhere.
I reckon the positive reviews are from people affiliated with the company because there is no way their products or service could be reviewed as positive.

Have bought a few baby necklaces from this site, two of which have broken leaving solitary beads for baby to swallow. Reported this to goAmber and they said goamber only guarantee items for 90 days. Disgusting. Do NOT use this company as the Amber necklaces are to help with teaching pain. How many children finish teething in 90 days!!!!
