The app appears to assist users in the management of their condition by monitoring exercise, calorie and glucose intakes, and the ability to connect with a BSL device. Unfortunately this app wasn't what I was after. Fortunately contact with the company was very quick with positive results.

Good application to monitor your glycemy.

I guess it would be a good app for Diabetes, but it’s a little expensive for me.

Easy to contact support team but app is not useful without glucose monitoring is not effective.

I had asked for a cancellation a couple of times but it seemed to have fallen through the cracks. Hopefully it will happen now.

Amazing App, makes tracking easy.

I downloaded this app for my apple watch and it didn't do what it claimed to. The company charged me 99p, £6.99 then £29.99. I contacted them for a refund and they said they would refund me, if I gave them a positive review on trustpilot. So I did, to get my money back, and now, I am telling the truth. Do not download this, they are scammers.

⭐️ 1 Star – Scam / Fraud Warning

This app is a complete scam.

I subscribed for ONE month only to test the features. The app never worked as advertised. It could not read blood sugar at all, the system was extremely unstable, and the app was basically useless.

After cancelling the subscription and deleting the app, it continued charging my bank account every 2–3 days without my consent. Multiple random charges ($8–$15) kept appearing.

I contacted support and requested a refund — no response, no refund, no accountability.

This is not just a bad app, this is unauthorized charging and unethical behaviour.
Do NOT install this app. Do NOT enter your payment details.

Avoid at all costs.

If I could give negative stars, I would. GluHealth misleads you thinking that it costs only $0.99. However, when you make the purchase, it automatically charges you a separate amount of $6.00 without your consent. In the middle of already downloading the App, it pops up a message saying that the App wont work if $6.00 is not paid so it gives you no option to cancel it. I didnt go further on obtaining a subscription because the extra charge without my permission was unsettling enough to continue my business with GluHealth. But I hear it is $10 a month. I emailed the customer service who refuses to acknowledge their unethical practice and only willing to provide the refund in exchange of a good review. Hell in the world I will give a good review after what they have done. It’s not about the money, it is about the principle. Get yourselves together and my review is up to me. Nobody will coerce my opinion just to get my $6 back.

App is very attractive and manage properly if you have a CGM device.

Very bad application and i have been cheated by the support team who requested me to write positive review to start the refund process and then they reject to do refund very bad behavior . Fake app
