Since taking Anti-spike I have seen some good results. Less gass and bloating after my main meal. I can feel shaky when I'm hungry, this has definitely subsided and I'm less ravenous for food in-between meals.

I’ve tried other products and they were okay but I find Glucose Spike to be far more effective. I had an A1c of 9.9%. Tried Metformin as prescribed by my PCP and it only lasted maybe 3 days. GI issues-side effects were, shall I say, horrible. I decided I could manage my diabetes without medications. Within 9 months my A1c was 5.7 and since then they have been 5.8-6.1 for the past 2 years. You don’t have to ever be a type 2 diabetic. Glucose Spike can be a part of your healthier lifestyle changes and it’s worth it.

great product that does what it claims. we noticed a difference right away. Interactions with Customer Service were beyond reproach. We cant say enough and everyone that has an MD wanting to put them on meds for High sugar and type 2, We'd HIGHLY recommend trying this route along with working to clean up the fatty liver (which you have if you have type2 or headed there).
