1 star because I had to but it would be at least MINUS 5, here a scam my dvd did NOT turn up, n there completely ignoring me, the dvd was a birthday present, so no present n there got my money, wish I had seen these reviews before, as it had uk phone number and full London address I thought it was genuine

Actually they don’t deserve one star going to report them to trading standards. Received product, which was very poor quality and nothing like what I had ordered. Sent it back as instructed, even sent it recorded delivery which was signed for. Do not deal with this company they are one big scam. Will also report them to watchdog

The item I ordered did not turn up. An electric toothbrush did. As instructed it was sent back. It was never delivered or picked up and now I'm being ignored. No item and no money

It is as bad as the reviews. I placed an order on April 11, they said fulfillment in two weeks and the order could not be canceled once placed. I should have taken that as a warning. It is May 21, I have not received it, I cannot cancel and they now say it should be here by July 2. This is the third time they have changed the delivery date.

They totally scammed me on ice machine said it was delivered it wasn't waited months as they said they redelivered it was to late to claim back through PayPal.... I asked for refund they total ignored me in the end

Complete scam. Said it was delivered twice. My Camera system shows differently.

I ORDERED a carpet cleaner in Jan. 2021 didn't recieve.Kept E MAILING COULDN'T TRACK NO. As of March 30th still no carpet cleaner and they've removed their web site. Recieved a watch don't know where it came from.Also my complete address wasn't on label when I went back and looked at my order. SCAM Shouldn't be allowed to sell in USA

I ordered a lamp in January. In February I received a cheap watch instead. I emailed them demanding a refund. Their email actually told me to consider if I can use the item or give it to a friend. And they want me to ship the item back for a refund. I have reported them to the FTC and disputed the charge with my bank. Please report them to the FTC. The more reports they got the more likely they are to research.

Don't order from this company. Total scam. Ordered a trolley from them on 4/11/2020 and after 17 emails and 3½ months later still not got my product. They said it was delivered to my delivery office in Plymouth, Devon but guess what after going to collect it from the delivery office they did not have it or recognise the tracking number. They did send a replacement "apparently" but sent it to Port Talbot delivery office in Wales which is 100 of miles away. Why send it to delivery offices of Royal Mail when they have my address.

Do not order from this company. The same happened to me ordered a portable stain removal and received a watch. After months chasing my order received a horrible watch, and the company does not refund my money without sending the item back, but they said that there sending the item back would take too long and may not arrive at all. Not only they want me to pay for the return of the wrong item they are keeping what I have paid for an item that never arrived.
What they are trying to do here is, I will sent the wrong item back and then they will come back and say that they haven't received it and I lose all of the money I have paid.
#Requested a prepaid shipping label to send the wrong item back, but after 29 email nothing.

One star is still way too much, this was one heck of a experience. Wish that I had read all of this first. I ordered the icemaker and got that really ugly, big, stupid, black, nasty, dumb, watch. What a deal, and a very big waste of time and money. I am cured, no more ordering over the line. So far, one coat, one temperature taker, one pair of shoes, and one blanket. All of which have been wrong also in so many ways. Thank you scammers, carry on !!!!

I ordered a Ice machine and waited 6 weeks for what a damn watch i did not order. so i called paypal and filed a complaint and now i have to wait. i cant believe they are allowing this company to do business with paypal. its time to put a stop to this. hope i get the money back. and as for the watch my mother has it. i had to order my ice machine on wards.com and pay$212.01 more than i wanted to, thanks alot scammers, hope you get caught and spend time in prison where you belong. in hell.
