I have had the best ever customer service from the lovely Lucy at Glencairn Crystal. She personally assisted me with an urgent order and went above and beyond what would have been good service and took this to another level! Awesome product and Service
Needing urgent engraved glasses for a trip to USA.
Left it VERY tight to be delivered in time but Glencairn pulled out all the stops and got them to me on time.

Glen Cairn Tumbler has no marking on base so in essence it could be from anywhere!
Is there scope for getting or purchasing the boxes separately please?
