Unacceptable communication
I placed an order on the 20th, paid $700 plus extra for expedited shipping. The estimated shipment was between the 25th-30th, but on the 30th, my order is still unfulfilled. I had to reach out myself to find out the status. I also discovered a veteran discount only after searching—it wasn’t made clear. For the price, I expected better communication and realistic timelines. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend the service and just want a refund
