I loved the deals and discounts provided on my purchase, however what I had an issue with is one of the items I requested come in white gold kept being changed to yellow gold during the checkout process, it would not let me update it even though the option for white gold was given. I called CS for assistance, and the woman who I spoke with (forgive me, I forgot her name) was extremely helpful and promised to update the invoice to my preference, I am just awaiting to hear back from her via email. I called about my charm the gentleman explained to me he would have a higher up get back with me . And also explained he seen the difference in the charm ,I even sent him a pic. He apologized and said no worries. That was over a week ago . Some people just don't understand how much time it is involved with calling and explaining over and over again! This has been the most frustrating affiliate experience I’ve ever had.

I generated $27,508.28 in revenue for GLD through the Kickbooster affiliate program, earning approximately $4,126.31 in commissions. However, I have still not received the commission that I worked for.

According to my dashboard, $2,505.51 is marked as “Paid,” yet there is no corresponding transaction in my PayPal account. I have checked my PayPal history thoroughly and provided supporting evidence to GLD. Despite months of follow-up, they have not provided a PayPal Transaction ID, payment receipt, or any proof that the payment was successfully delivered.

What makes this even more confusing is that my dashboard still shows an unpaid balance. If I was truly paid and the payment is “out of your control,” as your team claims, then why does my account continue to show unpaid commissions? If the payment had actually been completed, I should have received it.

Instead of providing evidence, I have repeatedly been told that my case has been “escalated.” Months have passed with no resolution.

GLD proudly promotes working with thousands of creators. If this is how affiliate payment issues are handled, I genuinely wonder whether other smaller creators have experienced similar problems but lacked the resources or persistence to continue pursuing their commissions.

I’m not asking for special treatment. I’m simply asking GLD to honor the commission I earned by generating over $27,500 in revenue for the company. All I want is for GLD to either provide verifiable proof that the payment was completed or pay the commission that remains outstanding.

I will continue pursuing this matter until it is resolved. If negative discussions about this situation appear online, they are the result of months of unanswered questions and an unresolved payment dispute—not because I wanted to damage the brand.
