Never ordered from these guys before so was a little nervous. This was for my mums birthday and I like to find small batch Gin for her. Found a great offer on a bottle so half price and delivery on top, so still cheaper than to buy elsewhere. Ordered Monday she received it Wednesday. fantastic thanks

Poor customer service
Sent wrong item then I was told I had to wait until item returned. Told them that was unfair as I needed wine quickly and not my mistake. They reluctantly sent it. Won't use again. Poor customer service

Absolutely over the moon with my order
Absolutely over the moon with my order.
Spent under £90 and got 4 bottles of well known Gin and 7 bottles of wine. I checked the RRP online before buying g and couldn’t believe how much I was saving.
Packaging was exceptional as all bottles individually wrapped in bubble bags.
Customer service was fab as I hadn’t received my order and it turned out that the delivery company had lost it but by phoning Ginspiration I received a new delivery the next day.
Will definitely be using this company again.

Ordered for the first time from here…
Ordered for the first time from here and when I received my order one bottle was the wrong one so I got in touch with them and they were quick to respond about getting the wrong bottle collected and my actual one delivered.
I didn't get any information about when the wrong bottle would be collected so has to get in touch but once collected I received my actual order within that week.
May order again but postage can be expensive.

Gin ordered was a rip off. Tasted like strawberry dilute more than anything else. It is a shame that companies jumped on the bamdwagon to captilise on the Liverpool premier league win. Quality was so poor when the bottle and label looked as if it had been printed at home
