Courier failed to deliver the order, so Ginspiration decided to keep it, along with my money until I emailed asking for it.

Absolutely amazed & impressed with our order & delivery (5 bottles of Dead Man’s Fingers flavoured Rums 1.75L) 🤩
Delivered by Courier within 24 hours of ordering, all perfectly wrapped & secured in plastic inflated/bubble wrap bags/pockets, & at about a 3rd of the price!!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Will definitely be ordering again!!!

Why was my order cancelled and refund without reason please

Ginspiration were the cheapest I can find online or in the shops by £££s. Very fast delivery, very well packed and a free t-shirt, WOW! Highly recommended and will definitely be using again 5*****

Placed order on 2nd and till 13th Dec 2022 no update about the parcel . when contacted them they replied parcel damaged in transit and refund has been issued but no email received till now about the refund . Not a legit company . BEWARE

Fantastic service ordered Wednesday recieved items Friday packaging was excellent the bottles were so securely packed I shall be keeping the packaging to reuse will definitely use this company again.very impressed alot of businesses need to take a leaf from.this business excellent service very prompt.

Awful company and customer service..orderd on Thursday before midday, paid for next day delivery, it didn't arrive , contacted customer service, got no reply, absolutely shocking service, now I've had email from dhs stating my deliver will come Monday, 4 days later when I no longer need it, what's the point of paying for next day if they can't even be bothered to post it

Great service, good selection of drinks and competitive pricing. My first ordered arrived damaged but they swiftly sent a replacement out which I received the following day. My only gripe is that they use excessive cardboard packaging which took up a lot of room in my bin.
The delivery charge is reasonable. If they offered free delivery over a certain spend I would shop more often.
