Using both the Hard Wax and Beeswax Wood Polish has given fabulous results. We repaired and stripped a tired, stained and damaged 1960s Ercol dining table and 4 chairs and gave them 3 coats of Hard Wax, followed by the Beeswax Polish,which has given a gentle lustre to the wood, enhancing the colour and the grain. It looks beautiful. Couldn't be happier.

Perfect kit with everything needed. I purchased a second hand G-Plan table and chairs which needed some attention. Really easy to apply the beeswax and it really improved the colour and shine to the furniture. Some areas needed more attention (and stronger wire wool) but finishing with the kit enhanced the wood. The colour was perfect (even though it looks super dark in the jar). Other beeswax I've used leave a strong smell that lasts a few days, Gilboys didn't, in fact it had a really nice fragrance. Highly recommend.

Gilboys Antique Gold polish gave a lovely rich finish to my restored Singer sewing machine table, I am very pleased with the result and now looking for other pieces of furniture where I can use it.

I bought this for a Dainese (Eight track 1972) aniline black and white leather motorcycle jacket which being somewhat porous would have been made darker using an oil based product. Has revived a jacket that was quite dry and has improved look and feel of leather. Thank you !

Hello all, saw Simon (and your wonderful set up on utube) ordered the rose gold kit to refinish my Ercol table and chairs, bit of an experiment really, fantastic product and the smell..... Really enjoyed the process, now if it stands still it gets waxed. Table and chairs look good for a first attempt, followed the process (bought the cabinet scrapper which helped massively) and the Hard wax oil. Brilliant thanks all. And my Sunflower seeds are sprouting, great products and the finishing touches in the packaging are a great touch. Best of British. Many thanks. Richard.

Beautiful product
Bought to revive a Gplan nest of tables and two gplan base units I’ve inherited. My purchase was delivered very quickly and beautifully packaged with a personalised card thanking me for my purchase. There is even a sachet of sunflower seeds to plant to help the bees ! I’ve only used the product on 2 of the tables so far but I’m really pleased with the results. The beeswax has given the tables a lovely rich colour.
Single Jar Kit

I have used Gilboy hard Wax Oil a number of time over the last few years, on furniture, Interior doors and woodwork to name just a few. What a fabulous produce, it really enhances the wood, leaving a warm glow, but not a glossy shine.
The folk I have spoken to at Gilboys, sorry folk, I don't know your names, have been top draw, giving very sound advice and help.
Would I recommend the product, you bet I would.

This leather balsam is definitely the best I have tried. Especially good for treating older items. It soaks in deeply on tired leather and renews suppleness and finish.

Really like the product. Primarily bought it for a tired satchel (70 yrs old +) and it brought the leather back to life. Since then used it on other things to good effect. The online videos were useful. Previously used saddle soap on leather stuff but I'd run out so tried a change. Glad I did.
