Great way to organise a collection for someone
Great way to organise a collection for someone, found it very easy to set up. Also love the fact that all the money collected goes to the recipient, rather than having a percentage "admin fee/commission" deducted. I had to email with a query, and got a very swift response back.
The only reason it's not got 5 stars is that one or two people said they had problems donating, and didn't find the process very user friendly. Other than that I would thoroughly recommend

Simple and effective
Easy to use I liked the additional feature of the comments pdf download. The biggest improvement is the number of suppliers you can spend contributions at. E-gift card works well and is a good option if not sure what to buy.

Being able to organise a collection…
Being able to organise a collection with a remote team is fantastic and it is super simple to organise and manage. I understand you have simplified the process but really miss being able to send an actual printed card with messages. The other is transferring some/all of the money to a bank account - sometimes money would preferably be spent on items or companies not listed.

Easy and efficient
It was very easy to set up the gift round for a friend's big birthday and the contributors also said it great to be able to leave a personal message and even nicer a photo.
Customer service was also quick and efficient in resolving an issue when I needed to purchase the flexi card on completion of the collection.
I will be using again.

Really easy to use
Really easy to use, super quick to convert the pot into e-vouchers and you can split it too. Lots of good known Highstreet brands you can spend your voucher on, and receivers can also split the voucher over more than one brand if they want. Super flexible and no fees. Total win!

I would use this again, other people in my office also commeted on how much better it was than just sharing band details and transferrring money and no charge means you are not eating into your collections like other services.
