Don't bother wasting your time with these jokers. Every time I try to buy a gift card from this site they cancel my order. I've lived at the same address for years. I've had my cell phone and credit card for years. I have decent credit. I should be pretty easy to verify. All the other sites can do it, but not these guys...
It is a company in India. After placing the order, I saw the order number is 1233x then I knew I got fooled. A legal website should not have so few orders. Calling their num 214-6187050 is not helpful as well.
Do not do business with this website.
I placed an order and 10 minutes later, received email cancellation said: Our automated assessment determined that your transaction poses an elevated risk.
I am a loyal customer with raise and cardcash for almost a decade and this website think I am a risk threat ???
And now they have my information.

Bought 2 express gift cards for a total of $36. Next morning, I get an email the order as cancelled because I pose a high risk threat. Can't log into my account, seems they not only cancelled the order, but also ran away with my information. Stay away from them.
This company canceled my order stating that "the transaction poses an elevated risk". I guess they tried to steal my credit card information.
Placed an order for the first time and then a couple of hours later, the order got cancelled stating "Our automated assessment determined that your transaction poses an elevated risk.".
I can understand this but there was no response to me reaching out. On top when I checked my account was deleted. I feel this site is a scam and now I need to keep a watch on my credit card for fraud activity.
Site seems like a scam. Site does not respond to emails. Site will cancel orders without reason claiming that the order is high risk. I have no problem ordering from Raise or other gift card sites but this one is not helpful at all. I would not use this site.
I just want to say thank you for going above and beyond to get my gift card to me so quickly. There customer service went above and beyond when they didn’t have to. It’s good to know there are still decent companies out there that care about there customers.

Just awful! Ordered two Best Buy gift cards and wait all weekend for them to finally send them. Just garbage. Plenty of other sites like Raise and Gift Card Outlet that don’t pull this crap.

These guys are the worst. I ordered 2 gift cards for a total of 87 dollars. They canceled my orders. The automated system said it was a high risk transaction. Lmao. They never even authorized my Amex card. Iv had my cell number for 5 plus years with Verizon. Idots. No one called me to verify anything.

I apologize for the inconvenience you had with us. I do show that our risk provider was unable to verify your number, sometimes this can happen when the number has been set to private. We did re-evaluate all the data manually and were able to override our risk provider. I know we missed the mark on getting you your order and we apologize sincerely.
