I ordered two dresses, one fit and the other didn’t. Contact Geymy and they offered a 30% refund. I would expect the ability to return the item and get a full refund. Very unfortunate.

My first dress purchase online and I was pleasantly surprised. It fit great and looks like dress on website. It was comfortable and flattering. I'm petite 5-3/165 and it fit well. Purchased four more dreses!

This company is a joke. I should have read the reviews prior to purchasing. Like others, I’ve tried to return items and was sent an email offering a $14 credit for $108 for 2 items. What?? Why would that even be acceptable? The ad says these clothes are made in Charlotte, NC which is 2 hours from where I live, but this is a total lie. My order arrived from overseas about 3 weeks after ordering. Anyway, I did not accept the $14 offer, so they then offered $28. Geez. I don’t want to keep something that I can not wear. I just want a refund. I ordered 4 things total and was ok with keeping 2 of them and trying to make them work. The other 2 items WILL NOT work. I have not heard back since I rejected the $28 offer. This company lies about where they are located (probably based on some location algorithm), the clothes are extremely cheaply made, the fabric is also cheap and the customer service is laughable. Who wants to make a deal getting a fraction of your money back for something you can’t wear??

My 5 shirts from Geyme were delivered within 10 days and are beautiful! So glad to have access to this company. I prefer cotton, luckily I ordered short sleeves so each blouse will be fine!

The dresses didn’t fit. They were made of cheap material, they arrived late and the company barters the dollar amount for the return amount - then don’t send me my credit. DO NOT BUY from the company unless you want to throw your $$ away.

Beware. These poorly-tailored clothes from cheap material are essentially non-returnable. Although the clothes are mailed from a NYC address under the name "John Doe," the company doesn't tell you until you try to return them that you have to send them to the United Arab Emirates (which will cost you $200 for a small envelope with two items). They do this so that it doesn't make sense for you to return them. Why can't they be sent back to NY? The clothes are terrible and fit extremely poorly. They are too large in some places and too small in others. I have a proportional size 6 body, but for example the armholes on one dress are so huge and flare out so far from the body that it looks like a kindergartner must have cut the pattern. The other dress shows three-quarter length sleeves. But the sleeves stop above the elbows, the waistline is huge, and the dress has no shape. The fabric is flimsy and cheap-looking. These clothes would make anyone look dumpy. They are not at all like the photos that appear on the website or ads, which look like high-end designer clothes. I wish there were a way to post my photos. Such a frustrating experience. Save your money.

Took a wee while to arrive, but the items were lovely quality and fit. Can’t believe this quality for the price! I will definitely be ordering again!
