Don’t waste your time
Don’t waste your time. The device arrived but no, the lights came on but no one was at home!!!! I did not feel any sensation at all, even on the highest setting. Naraskin will authorize a return but insists on charging me a $15 shipping/restocking fee. Why? For a device that does not work? OR…. Listen to this….i could keep the device at 50% off, they would credit me the difference. Now, why in the world would I keep something that did not work, for any amount off????
DONT PURCHASE THE FACE EMS DEVICE.
UPDATE: ignore Naraskin’s response below - it totally contradicts what they said to me in emails! DONT PURCHASE!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. The sensation with EMS is typically a gentle pulse, and if there’s no feeling at all, it’s often related to contact or setup. The mask needs to be well-moistened and sitting evenly on the skin, as the device may not activate properly or can shut off early if contact isn’t sufficient.
Regarding returns, we follow a standard process where a return label fee is applied as part of handling. If a product is believed to be faulty, our team can review the case and assist further.
