Good quality service from a reliable supplier.
I have used Get Lenses for over two years now and have found the company to be reliable and good value for money. On the one occasion that I had to return lenses due to my own error in ordering, the company sent replacements free of charge and with no hassle. I willl continue to use Get Lenses and will also recommend the company to others.

Easy and convenient re orders on line, and great prices too!
A friend recommended this website for online contact lenses and solution to me a few years back, and I have been impressed with the ease of the online ordering process and value for money products available.
I have been using the online ordering for at least 7 years, and it has improved further with automatic reorders or reminders too.
Very easy and convenient in a busy environment, as one less thing to be thinking or worrying about.

Fast, friendly, fair price, efficient!
I,d highly recommend GetLenses. The service they provide is excellent, very efficient.
Usually delivery is within two days, and it is cheaper than you would pay in town. I order two packs at a time and don't have to pay postage!

Get Lenses has sold a six month supply of monthly disposables that only last one month!!
I recently bought a six month supply of contact lenses from Get Lenses.Within one month I had used all the lens, as they kept tearing when removing them from my eyes. I've never experienced this before. I had to go to my optician and pay £40 for a month supply of daily disposables to use instead of the monthly's I had planned to use. I would like Get Lenses to investigate and supply a new six month supply free of charge. If this doesn't happen I will look for an alternative supplier.

Hi Richard, We have an automatic replacement policy for torn lenses, all we ask of our customers is that they call our customer service team immediately they have a problem. We would have replaced your lenses but also asked that you return the ones that are left so we could send them to the manufacturers for analysts. I will call you to discuss this matter further. I find your company very efficient as far as deliveries being quick and the website being easy to use. I like the reminders as I have to order lenses again in the next few days. Absolutely brilliant
At a time when high street stores (even large chains) are raising their prices and charging unreasonable amounts for delivery, getlenses is really reasonable. Free UK delivery, and almost 15% cheaper than my usual supplier of 7 years.

The lenses I want delivered to my door for a great price.
