Great service but unrealistic price
I have purchased lenses and had fantastic initial and repeat service. Recently purchased two bottles 300ml x2 of lens solution for £18 - local store 300ml x4 £26 big difference for exactly the same brand and size.
Bit of a shock really

Proclear monthly lense pack is rubbish
I will not be ordering any more as this is a rubbish product as the lens cracks very easily. A 6 month order only lasted 3 months. The web site leads one to believe the product is good. I have since bought a different make from another site.

Hi Satish, Proclear lenses are quite an old lens so the quality is not as great as more modern lenses. Having said this we have 1000's or customers who wear and love proclear lenses. The upgrade lens is Biofinity which are made from silicone hydrogel and are far more comfortabel and durable. For your information, we do have a no quibble refund or exchange on split lenses but would need the serial number from the box. Kind regards, Lindsey
I'll only be getting my contacts from GetLenses from now on.
I messed up my order as I couldn't read my optician's writing. When I phoned GetLenses, they answered really quickly and were friendly and helpful. Both times I called, I got through to the same person. They put everything right very fast. I like my new lenses - they're very comfortable and easy to get in. My optician wanted to charge £45 for this order. GetLenses charged £28.97. I might order two lots next time as then it will be even cheaper as I won't have to pay p&p.

The Best Online Contact lenses provider on the net
I have been using Postoptics/GetLenses.co.uk for many years now and never were there any issues or delays. The ordering process is very simple, the offers great and most importantly; you do get the genuine products, so you can be sure you are wearing top quality brands. I am wearing two different type of lenses in each eye due to my prescription, but there is no problem with mixing different brands and these can easily be ordered. I happily recommend them to anyone.

Sleek website design, cheap prices and a good range of lenses available, not to mention quick delivery times.
The website is very easy to use navigate. There are various search options and each lens option is well illustrated. The prices are good, with multiple discounts available too.

Quick and Easy with Fast Shipping
What can i say it was a very good service and i'm going back for more contact lenses.
Although i didn't receive the 5% off when i posted this review as stated on the email prompting me to review GetLenses :( a very cunning scam to get people to review, but it doesn't drive loyalty!

Great service and great price, however why do you favour new customers with a 10% discount and not returning customers?
Great company and great price if you are only a new customer.
Why do you favour new customers by giving them 10% off...why is there no incentive for customers to return to you?

We now offer free next day delivery and free gifts of eye drops and solutions to our active customers via our weekly marketing emails. Competitions to win a months supply of lenses, £500 of photography equipment also occur regularly on Facebook and Twitter so please stay connected to us.
