It’s one of the best products I ever used you can notice a difference within a month I take a few different supplements from them honest opinion best quality in the market delivery it takes a least a week i wish if they can improve that only otherwise 5 star try earned it

I have been taking Astaxanthin and Berbarine from Genetic Labs, the most noticeable improvement is my digestion, also I feel I have more energy throughout my busy active work days. In February there was a long delay in receiving products due to stock issues but this has not deterred me from trusting them with their products, I also love that they are based in Adelaide, as I live in regional SA.

Excellent products. I’ve been taking Astaxanthin alongside the Berberine for over a month and have found relief in my aches & pains and have more energy. I have osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia plus monthly chronic migraines.

Noticed a change in my eye clearness after 16 days. Night blindness while driving has also receded. Haven't noticed any changes in my skin but my co-workers have stated that my face has a glow. Ordered on a Monday and received on the same Thursday, have always ordered frequently and received quickly. My daughter is taking there NMN and has found a significant difference in her skin and nails.

Im on my 2nd order of hydrolysed collagen peptides from genetic labs Australia, both times my order has delivered within 3 days and have been sent emails throughout that time ,iv had a great experience so far with increasing energy levels and hair and skin its actually working love it

I found the delivery time way too long.
I ordered something from another suppliment company and received the order within three days!
I had to ask Genetic Labs where my order was. It should not take weeks for an Australian company to deliver items.
And a distinct lack of communication was evident.
So I am hesitant to place a second order.

I am still waiting on this product. I chose this company because it was Australian and I thought I would get my product quickly. So far it’s been 3 weeks. After waiting for two weeks with no ongoing confirmation of its arrival, I emailed this company to ask why I hadn’t heard anything to be told that it wasn’t in stock and they would ship it when it was. An email would have been nice to know this. I think it’s fair to say that having to wait for over 3 weeks, and still waiting, for a product that’s supposedly in Australia is a bit steep. This will be my last purchase with this company, I will be looking elsewhere.

I’m really impressed with Genetic Labs. Their supplements are top-notch and you can tell they’re the real deal. After using them for a while now, I can confidently say I won’t be switching to any other brand. And the fact they’re Aussie made is the icing on the cake!
