Gempundit

Not good, i got a plastic type emerald from gempundit

Need more transparency to the Customer. Founder Nitin Yadav should take more care to the customer satisfaction. I trusted as there is no other option.

I’ve been a loyal customer of GemPundit for quite some time, having previously ordered a blue sapphire and an emerald from them. This time, I purchased a stunning white sapphire, and once again, my experience was exceptional. The salesperson, Himanshi Verma, was incredibly courteous, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure a smooth delivery process. I received regular updates via email, and Himanshi personally kept me informed every step of the way. The quality of the ring is outstanding, showcasing the gem’s brilliance and the craftsmanship I’ve come to expect from GemPundit. Overall, it was a seamless and delightful experience, and I highly recommend GemPundit for their excellent service and top-notch products

The sales executive by the name of Aniket Garg was very helpful and courteous. Unfortunately I could not purchase due to some reason, but the follow up and support given was superb. Will certainly buy from here next time.

Ring is hammered to fit a size 22 instead of custom made. It fits awful and after reading the reviews here I am in half a mind to get the stone and the silver checked for quality. Who knows? It might turn out fake. Not much loss for me thankfully as it is only 5700. I wanted to buy their emeralds but after reading their reviews, a local jeweller might be better!

The customer executive Snehil was super helpful and amazing. He guided me throughout the entire process and I am happy about my purchase. First time customer here and I will return again.

Communication with them is horrible! They send you emails that don’t make any sense and the follow up is beyond bad. Go somewhere else!

My buying experience with Gempundit was unpleasant. Ceylon Blue Sapphire stone, I believe was fake, and their shipping service to Canada was also fraudulent type, and I had to end up with lots of Canadian dollars ($60.48+$90.64=$151.12). Never buy from Gempundit. Order#100139419.
A reply from Gempundit was to show off. One of their team members Ranjan, didn't reply to my messages. My request Please be careful from Gempundit.

Kavita has assisted me in finding a yellow sapphire based on my preference and has exceptionally handled the service from ordering to dispatch. Thank you Kavita for your service.

The delivery is within the time period. It’s a thumbs up for the entire team. 👍

As a USA Dealer, I very much like the selection and quality of stones and the prices are competitive. I also like the inhouse certification and energizing options.

Sometimes the customer service responses are disappointingly long and the New York telephone number of:
+1 646 736 7654 (USA) does not work... and I am just next door in New Jersey!

Overall, would recommend Gem Pundit as a good source of gemstones with a nice selection.

This people are fraud and very very bad at customer service, I had order yellow sapphire gemstone gold ring, the guy who was helping me said they are running a discount if I want to buy that gemstone it’s best time to do it right now so that I can get discount, they never specify you real price. It’s always they will tell you to pay half and then rest after ring is ready, when you check out on their website total price with jewellery making and shipping include comes out to less then what they will actually charge you, this guy Aman who was helping me from very first he was very bad at customer service, they took all my money and stop responding, I have to go through so many other numbers to get any answers after I paid them in full, it’s long story short, I paid fir express shipping. It’s been almost month and they haven’t even shipped my item till today, and I doubt I will get what I paid for, I would never ever buy anything from gem pundit.com ever again.

While purchasing the emareld, Shital helped a lot.

Thank you Gempundit!!!
Sheetal really helped me in choosing my emerald. Despite numerous calls during day and night she was always on her toes to clear my any doubts. The ring is beautiful.
I am really happy with the purchase 🥳

They are very bad at customer service. Their product lack quality and when you try to contact them, they keep stalling till you are out of paypal claim warranty. Very awful,I will never buy anything from them ever again. Don't wait too long or you won't get your money back. I hate gempundit.

Great service from Sheetal. It was not about how much the gem was it was about me getting the most approriate gem thats going to work for me. The quality of the ring exceeded my expectations. Thank you Team Gem Pundit.

Absolutely love the final product! The team is highly professional and capable in what they do! Just close your eyes and trust them.

Shout out to Kavita and Khush for providing a fantastic customer experience!

Received good online support while buying the piece. There was a slight delay in communications though during making and final invoicing process. Rest experince is good. Gempundit has big online inventory with lots of filter options, offering more and more buying options to the end consumer.

Rohan kumar was very quick and prompt, I am satisfied with the way he made my transaction smooth from the day I placed the order till the day I received my pearl pendant.
Thanks Rohan

Really great experience, likes rhe black pearl necklace.
Sheetal ma'am was really helpful
