I had a couple of questions about the gem I was buying, wrote them an email which they promptly responded to.

1. Service: Charitra explained in great details and answered my queries following which, Suhani from his team was my point of contact.

She understood my queries regarding certifications, authenticity. I needed to see photograph of the product I was buying and she helped me with it. She has great deal of patience and helped me get clarity from the certifying institution too.

Suhani made the whole process easy and stress reducing with her wonderful professional attitude throughout!

I know when I buy next from the site, I'm specifically going to ask for Suhani to assist me in the same.

2. Product & Quality: Now coming to the gem, I purchased raw moldavite with the certifications.
I got both physical copies with hologram stickers of authenticity of the ITLGRC (laminated and signed) & IIGJ (signed with hologram) along with the digital copies.

3. The gem is beautiful and looks one of a kind. Packaged well so that the journey and transportation kept it safe. I got it within 3 days from the date of order

I read many reviews of how a lot of fakes in the market are found to originate in Jaipur and I was worried about the authenticity as Moldavite fakes are prevalent in the market

Charitra and Suhani understood my concerns and didn't mind my innumerable questions to verify before the purchase.

She also told me in case of any concerns, always take the video of the package being opened from the beginning, so that both the team and the buyer can verify the condition in which everything is received and that was a brilliant advice!

I would rate GemPundit zero stars if I could. Their Jaipur team exhibits the worst, most highly unprofessional behavior I have ever encountered. They have absolutely no ethics, no respect for deadlines, and zero quality control.
To give a clear example of their terrible service: they initially promised me that my ring would be ready by Friday evening. To give them a comfortable buffer, I generously told them, "No problem, you can take until Saturday morning to finish it." Despite this extra time, the ring was not ready by Saturday morning. In fact, Saturday passed entirely with absolutely no delivery, no message, and no updates from their side. After waiting the entire day, I finally messaged them on Saturday evening to cancel the order since they missed the deadline completely. Instead of apologizing for their failure or explaining the delay, they casually replied that the order had been canceled. This careless attitude perfectly reflects their complete lack of professionalism and customer service.
Specific individuals on their team—namely Mr. Rahul Manocha, Mr. Hemraj, and Mr. Sunny—take absolutely no personal responsibility for their mistakes. To make matters worse, despite making a complete blunder of my order, Mr. Rahul continually insists that his team is absolutely right.
When I attempted to escalate the issue to the GemPundit Gurgaon manager, Mr. Nageshwar, he chose to ignore my messages completely, even after reading them. It is clear to me that this unprofessional mentality and careless way of working run deep within their team. I am genuinely surprised that upper management is unaware of how these individuals are ruining the company's reputation.
Between their highly unprofessional staff and their overpriced gemstones, I strongly suggest staying away. Save your money and do not buy from GemPundit.

From the Day 1, i got good guidance by the team. They really have well knowledge and explained all different aspectsvfor buying gemstone to selection of metals. The ring design is absolutely the same how it was displayed in picture. They're are really experts on their skills and art of work is outstanding. Thank you teamfor making the process easier.

Very very disssatisfied
When they wanted me to order my ring. They were prompt with their response, but the moment I received my ring, the stone was cracked, and now it has been more than 2 weeks, and nothing is being done. Just one response, the support team will contact me.
I was planning to order a few more rings, but I highly doubt it now. Additionally, I will also make sure to let my acquaintance know about the kind of treatment done in case something goes south.
