I order some shelf bins from this company. The item was very clearly listed as a 12-pack for $17.99. I get my package and inside is one single bin. I've started a return but we'll see if they actually refund my money. Do not recommend buying from them.
I contacted Gempler for a quote on a specific gauge of metal edging. I agreed and purchased the product. They sent me a product half the size I was quoted. Wont return my emails to exchange for what I was quoted.
These are the most comfortable, durable, & best quality goggles I've ever had. They keep saw dust out of my eyes while staying where they are on my face & don't fog up or restrict my vision at all. I would recommend these for anybody using a chainsaw or doing any work that you will have alot of dust.
I could not find my part anywhere. Tried every store. Searched for hours online. The wife was kicked back sipping tea & said with a smirk, “I thought you said it would work. In fact, I think you said, ‘Oh yea, I can get that additional piece anywhere.”
GEMPLER you saved me! I’m a man again! Lol Had my part and it came quick. Thank you!
Forced to leave a star.
Buyer beware.
I placed an order on June 17th, 2023 for two items totalling $86.01. My bank was charged, no order confirmation email arrived.
I logged into the site to review my order placed only to find "NO ORDERs have been placed" in order history.
Called phone number given and was directed to email - my email was blocked.
I contated my bank and filled a fraud charge.
This company is a scam.

I am writing to inform customers that I DID recieve my order yesterday 06/21/2023 and a response email with the order number.
I upgraded my stars to a three.
Service was fast however, their order system needs works. I did contact my bank and dismissed the fraud charge. I no longer think this comapany is a fraud.
Terrible customer service won’t be using them again
Awesome experience! Quality of the jacket I bought was awesome and shipping was super quick. They also sent out a very friendly email to let me know about my order.
Ordered two items I just couldn't find anywhere else... even ordered one of the items from a larger retailer who said that it was in stock and cancelled my order. Gempler's had it, shipped it super fast and the prices were reasonable. Thank you.
I ordered two face respirator and got it in two days. I got an email notification of my order and shipment details.
