Ordered 2 smart iPad pen/spirit levels etc when it was on BOGOF deal but was charged for both - no obvious option on the payment page of the site to show the deal and it should have picked it up automatically anyway. Disappointing.

I would recommend Gearzap to my friends for purchasing relevant goods.

I ordered the Tablet cover on Christmas Eve as a late present for my Guys mother.
she had recently bought a Toshiba Tablet and need a protective Case. I paid extra for the express post. £6.95. I had googled the exact make and model number of the device and this item came up as the one to buy. They used royal mail and the tracking number did not work so when it had not on the Friday after Christmas i tried to find out by tracking if it was in the system even went to the local PO and they could not get it to track either. Very frustrating and the result was it was not received until Monday when they had returned home. I forwarded on another £6.95 cost!
Then found it did not fit. I rechecked the website and the model number and it said it is correct. so I advise her to take it to a PC shop and ask them. They confirmed it would never fit a Toshiba and not to touch any cover that mentioned Apple as it would not fit a Toshiba Cannot be clearer than that!!! So arranged for her to return back to me. More cost! I have now sent back (on Friday 10th) but so far i have not had a refund. Not impressed. When i went on line to arrange return the website informed me someone would be in touch. They didnt!
So now down £50+
The lady has been able to source a cover that fits for a lot less money so at least she is happy.
If i have to chase for refund i will make further reviews to warn people that their website is misleading.

Got a laptop case from gearzap as a present for someone and was very pleased with the purchasing side of things. It was cheaper on this site than it was on Amazon and it arrived quicker than the stated delivery time. I would definitely use again.

I need to return a faulty item and in all fairness Gearzap have been helpful by telling me to click on a link to view their returns policy. Unfortunately the link does not open so at this present time I am unable to return the faulty goods.

Having read reviews of covers for the Mac Air this one stood out as being a good performer. It fits perfectly and has the ventilation slots in the right place. Other models were described as having flimsy or damaged clips, and did not fit properly. This cover is well made and fits perfectly. It is also, half the cost of others. GearZap dispatch and delivery were very speedy.

Getting the Clip and Talk Bluetooth Car Kit for my very busy wife has turned out to be a great idea. First asked myself, Will it work? Oh yes, it does. My son sorted it out and on Xmas morning we tried it. Bingo, it was all systems go. Great little gift, the kit.

I ordered a screen protector for my Samsung pad which was received in a jiffy bag far to bid for the item. The screen protector was kinked where it had been folded over during transit. The actual item looked like it had previously been opened and had been on a shelve for a long time. I sent it back requesting a refund but was promptly sent another one which I did not open but sent back with a repeat request for a refund. I was fully refunded.

Ordered item but never given a dispatch date, when queried didn't receive an answer until I requested refund. Dealt with efficiently after that. I assumed my order was out of stock when I ordered it. It would help if customers were advised if there is a problem. Completely satisfied with product.
