Very poor have had 2 changed under warranty both changed colour third one fitted on iPhone and rear glass badly cracked will not be purchasing again very unimpressed!

Ordered a case from these and it shipped a week ago apparently, still no sign of it. It was a gift for a birthday but that date has now been and gone and I had to order something from somewhere else, which sent the order very quickly. Poor customer service and worse delivery speeds. Do not use this company if you actually want to receive anything you order.

This is my second Gear4 phone case as I was recommended it in the Stormfront shop, they must be on commission as both cases have gone yellow which I was told would not happen & it happened pretty quickly, the back has come out of it & all in all it’s fallen apart! I am not a heavy user of my phone & it sits in my bag most of the day when I’m at work. Very disappointed.

J'ai cette coque depuis maintenant 2 ans je n'ai jamais eu une meilleure coque que celle-ci elle est fissurée à certains endroits lié au nombreux chocs qu'elle a subit mais vraiment très résistante je l'ai conseillé à 2 autres personnes qui n'en sont pas du tout déçu. Cette coque est imposante il est vrai mais cela est nécessaire pour une bonne protection.

I’ve ordered 2 cases from them and they’ve taken 3 payments out of my account, they are thieves. I’ve messaged them and emailed them and they don’t even get back to me DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

My husband brought the new s10 Samsung phone, when purchased from carphone warehouse, was told its stock proof nothing couldn't break the phone so 6 months in the screen smashed accidentally dropped on floor first time and it smashed, got screen fixed, when it was done wouldn't charge due to moisture so took back off back had cracks init so that's where water was getting in, these cases are a complete joke, now who do I claim from

The case did not protect my phone. Enough said

DO NOT BUY THIS CASE!! Brand new iPhone 12 smashed while in this case. Dropped out of my pocket (less than 3 feet). These cases need to be taken off the shelves. They do nothing to protect your phone. I will be contacting Verizon immediately to express my concerns being that I got this case in Verizon while purchasing my phone. DO NOT BUY THIS CASE!!!!

Had my kym serviced by gear4 told them I think the water pump seals had gone, they said it was fine and took my £300
Less than 2 weeks later it was at xbikes being repaired
For water pump seals and shaft.

I bought a gear4 clear case for my iphone7 from carphone warehouse. I was told this is the best on the market at £30! The sides of the case have split away from the back completely not lasted two years. I expected quality that would last not split within a year and half would not buy again . The point of buying quality is for it to last longer and stand up to what is advertised!!!

So I am on my forth iPhone 11 Pro case now with in a year, they have replaced all under warranty as they refuse to give me my money back. Avoid at all costs such a poor product.

Dropped phone from my hand while “Protected” in one of these cases. Entire back of the phone shattered. Called to file a claim with their warranty service and was told that they don’t warranty that their products will actually protect the phone. They said they can’t “test every situation”. DO NOT BUY THIS CASE. The case doesn’t work and the company doesn’t stand behind their product.

So I’ve used the gear4 case for years now on all of my iPhones and the case always held up. Unfortunately I upgraded to IPhone11maxpro and got the clear gear4 case. They always discolor and break at port opening but now from a drop the whole back of my phone is cracked and also shattered at the camera. I’m really upset about this because I’m sure there not going to replace the back of my new phone.

Had a gear4 case a few years ago. Liked to show off to my mates by showing how it protected my phone by dropping it. Just bought another one it feels nice, fits well and so far so good. People have to realise that you dropping your phone doesn’t mean the company has to pay for it if it breaks espies with the plus or max models of phone which would shatter if you wrapped them in bubble wrap. Stop dropping your phones you clumsy fools

Poor quality expensive product. Bought it when my phone was new which was about one year ago. It failed to protect my phone screen when I dropped it from about knee height as I was sitting in a chair. Also the clip to hold case closed has always been awkward to operate but now it has snapped in half so it doesn't work at all.

astonishing,bought a gear 4 case as of reviews,1 week in ,the outta section frayed ,no response for a £36 case from anybody,disgusting,stay away,please please find other reviews but then dont trust them as i red the reviews........shocking,my £10 case lasted 2 years

I purchased a Gear4 Crystal Palace case with a Samsung S20 on release date 10 March 2020. Within 3 weeks the rainbow effect began wearing off the sides of the case, it made the new phone look older than the S7 I was replacing. Then lockdown came, Carphone Warehouse & Currys pc World closed, their phone & online customer services didn't respond effectively. Ive still got nowhere to report this faulty product, more & more of the colour is now gone, it looks dreadful, and I can't see how its coming off as the colour appears to be applied to the inside of the case, I would not recommend this product at all for any reason other than it fits the phone well .

Don't waste your time buying any cases from them. They promote a case that suppose to protect your phone from a 13 m fall but yet they are not liable for any damage to your phone..... i have a Samsung s10 plus an i dropped my phone from 1 ft at most an it shattered my screen which is costing me 450 dollars to replace because the case did not do its job. Iv been in contact with customer service an they won't do anything for you. Basically if your screen breaks its all on you to pay for it. Please listen to my review an stay far away from this company.

Very poor. Doesn't protect phone even from a small height. Phone fell out of my hands and phone smashed. My phone still works and holding out to an up grade. The case has become detached from the back. Shockly poor quality. I won't be fooled by a sales man again

I can safely say this is this is the most utterly one star product I have ever had the misfortune of purchasing. Complete and utter cack, falling apart within hours of being taken out of the packet and put in pocket. I normally keep receipts but for some unfathomable reason I didn't for this piece of carp so I couldn't take it back.
