I bought a pair of Scarpa Cyclone GTX boots from Gear Zone, great company to deal with. Kept me informed by text of date and time of delivery, even the drivers name! Prompt and efficient, can't ask for more. The boots are first class, very comfortable and excellent quality. Highly recommended.

I ordered a Mountain Hardwear jacket, Mens Size Large. After realising it was too big for me, I called to ask about returning to exhange it for a size medium. The advice was helpful and friendly and I sent the jacket back. However, the jacket that was subsequently sent was a Womens version! Again I called to point this out and the person I spoke to was, again, helpful and friendly and asked me to send it back. I'm still awaiting a reply regarding the dispatch of the correct jacket.

I wanted a hydration bag for a friend's birthday and found the one I wanted on Gear Zone at a very good price. I ordered online, paid by Paypal and even though it was a Bank Holiday the next day, got an email telling me that it had been sent and when it would arrive and the tracking details. Excellent service and would def' use them again.

Bought a pair NTF shoes, however, they were the colour featured on the Gear Zone site.

Gave then a call and I had the colour I wanted in my hands within 24hrs, brilliant!

I even got an email explaining that NTF had sent them a batch of shoes in the wrong colour so Gear Zone is not to blame.

I recently ordered the Lowe Alpine Womens TFX Kibo ND65 rucksack from Gear-Zone. What brought me to the site was the fact that it was cheaper than other websites I had looked at, and I'm glad that I bought it from them. The other reviews I read all mentioned quick service and I'm happy to add mine to the pile. I ordered my item, received an email to say my rucksack had been dispatched that same day and within two days it had arrived by courier after I had received a text message to let me know who exactly would be delivering it and the time frame to expect my delivery.

I couldn't be more happy. I don't give reviews often, but felt this was duly required.

The rucksack is the ideal size for what I need - backpacking trip through America next month - and fits my single bivi tent, sleeping bag, sleeping mat, clothes, walking shoes, and sandals, toiletries and spare bits with no problem. Once packed up and on my back it doesn't feel as if I'm carrying much and the adjustable straps on the back and shoulder straps give it a snug and correct fit against the back.

I'm very much looking forward to using this bag and would not hesitate to use Gear-Zone again for the speedy delivery, prompt service and amazing prices.

After nearly a week waiting, I rang to find my item. The courier had delivered It to someone else... I'm still waiting for an email to know whether they are sending me the product I paid for while they chase the other, or if I'm getting a refund. Overall, if the courier gives my purchase to someone else at the qrong address...then this company cant be relied upon for satisfactory online shopping.

I got a Thermarest for a slightly cheaper price than elsewhere and received it within 2 days as promised. Fully satisfied with my purchase. Notification of delivery slot on my mobile was useful too.

I was extremely disappointed that the heart monitor I ordered failed to work, despite following the product instructions to the letter and contacting Timex Technical Support, and have since returned the item requesting a refund.

Gear Zone was the cheapest and sometimes you have reservations about going with the cheapest as it can spell 'untrustworthy' but this isn't the case at all. Would definitely buy from them again

The product is very good and very quick delivery.

Item ordered PM and delivered the next day! Well packaged and exactly right.

The order was supposed to take a few days to deliver and I was worried I wouldn't receive my equipment for the 3 Peaks challenge I am doing this weekend. However the order arrive ahead of time and I don't need to worry.

I spoke to a customer service employee after having IT problems trying to purchase on-line (no fault of Gear Zone). Very helpful retrieving and processing my partially completed on-line order which was approximately at14:30. The item was delivered the next day to my home in Kent. How about that for service? I cannot fault Gear Zone in any way.
