I ordered on line a washing machine on a Friday with the delivery date of the Tuesday following it was delivered on the Monday which I thought was marvellous the delivery drivers were brilliant putting it where I wanted it

This company is efficient beyond belief. I've rarely ever spoken to anyone on the phone who's been more helpful. They're brilliant. USE THEM!

Great service from a local shop. Purchased online and delivered and fitted the next day.

We needed to replace our integrated dishwasher. I called into Craggs at 9am, decided on the best option available, to then be told they could deliver and install within the hour. Very friendly advice and exceptional service, thank you!

G Craggs are a fabulous local company . We are very lucky to have them. Their staff are friendly and knowledgeable and happy to spend time going through customers various questions. In my case I was wanting to find out about dishwashers. I spoke to Paul on the phone before going to the store and then Simon helped me in store with my final decision. Simon has worked for Craggs for 20 years so has plenty of knowledge and experience of the different products. They have plenty of of stock in their store in Ripon to look at and their delivery arrangements are very quick and efficient. My new dishwasher will be delivered within the week and my old one taken away, all at a very reasonable price.

Although Craggs unfortunately did not have enough of the items in stock I wanted - their response and help was swift and accommodating. An immediate refund of items as well as a copy of the refund notice.
I would certainly use Craggs again in the future.

Our Xmas food shop was delivered on 23rd December and we realised our fridge had stopped working. We called the Ripon shop, and the staff went over and above to help us source a suitable fridge and arranged delivery for Xmas Eve. So helpful, really knew their stuff, were understanding, helpful, nothing was too much trouble, and they saved our Xmas food shop. Thanks so much

We have always used the Ripon branch to purchase our white goods and have always been most pleased with the service received; the last purchase was no exception.
On Saturday 7th December our washer/dryer passed away after a long illness; for obvious reasons we needed a replacement as quickly as possible. Found what we needed on Craggs website and spoke on the phone to Simon who placed the order for us and arranged a delivery and install for the following Monday. Excellent service!
Out of interest I later checked the websites of much larger companies and noted it would have taken a week for them to deliver - possibly due to pending Christmas.

Decent prices , delivery charges were better than larger competitors. Helpful and knowledgeable people.

G Craggs offer competitive prices and a good range of models. The washing machine was delivered on time and I was pleased that I had arranged for the installation and disposal of the old machine; this saved a lot of time and effort.
