Very bad service!I used international bank transfer at first transaction the next day i received the money on my account,when I made another 2 transactions from April 3 and April 4 2026 until today I didn’t received the money yet it saying pending bank validation but when called the bank they told me there is no pending transactions on their side and it was on gcash bank side the issue.i submit a complaint twice on gcash help center but don’t get any reply.😡

Close your business gcash! TODAY WAS THE WORST OF ALL EXP! I sent large amount using my WISE Bank Account to a specific Gcash number. I went to the store to cash it out, the store then told me that their gcash account isn't working. I contacted GCASH SUPPORT VIA CALL they keep pushing me "telling that we have a system issue and call back after 2 hours" I WASTED 10 HOURS! now they were asking to callback again tommorow? WTF?! I mean I shouldn't be this angry if you just treat your customers fairly. I've been in the Customer service Industry for quite sometime, I manage a lot of customers etc. I know what you've been doing out there. To these customer service, do your job well! Wahh im so fraustrated right now!
Poor Customer Service Experience with Gcash
I had a problem looging in with my account suddenly, without doing anything. I was informed that it's because I didn't unregister my old phone to the current phone I'm using when I'm already using Gcash with my current phone for more than year. I tried their Help Center but I just wasted time on that. I also tried calling them and now their IT support is trying to work on the issue they said -but it's been days. Really frustrating and exhausting.
Not surprising gcash doesn't respond to…
Not surprising gcash doesn't respond to reviews here or on Google or anywhere else. Foreigners in particular should avoid this outfit. I submitted the required documents and after great difficulty was finally accepted. I ordered a debit card (paid for) and as soon as I received it the account was placed on hold with no explanation. No human support, just chatbots that give meaningless responses. To even find out what the problem is I would have to resubmit all the original documents plus some new ones. The documents have to be Philippines documents even though I opened the account with foreign documents. Fortunately I only put a small amount in it, because it is obvious I will never get it back. Avoid this outfit unless you want lose your money

Hassle, palaging nagkakaproblema system, d ma open account ko. Badtrip, nirestart ko na, ayaw parin, sabi poor connection, open yung WiFi, nakaka tawagbpa nga sa messenger🤧 Hindi na talaga gagamit ulit nito.

I was just trying to surprise my cousin on his birthday and I sent him a birthday gift however his gcash account was no longer active. I’ve been trying to contact sendwave and gcash and no one was able to help me. I know the money is not much but it is for someone in need. I was asking for a refund so I can send it back to him unfortunately after multiple attempts of communication no one is taking action to my concern.
