Good evening William, unfortunately we've had an issue with our Mailchimp account and emails haven't come through to us for the last week. Unfortunately we've sold out of the Jujutsu Kaisen mug you ordered so couldn't send out a free replacement in a timely fashion and I can see your order has now been refunded. We are sorry that your order was damaged in transit.

Ordered several frames from this company before and they've always been great.
Good quality, not over priced and so many different colours and sizes to choose from.
Delivery was fast and one thing I noticed when I placed this order was the price of the delivery was cheaper than when I last ordered so that was a bonus.
Will continue to order My frames from here as I'm never disappointed

Good evening Nils, unfortunately we've had an issue with our Mailchimp email provider so emails haven't come through to us. Looking at the tracking Evri confirmed they had delivered it to the correct address but we will send out a replacement to you.

Absolutely rubbish
Absolutely rubbish! I ordered 3 posters and only two got sent. Then when enquired about it, they were going to send the third one. When i received the ‘third poster’, i had actually just received one of the original two AGAIN. When i emailed again, they said they would be with me on the next working day between 9am and 4pm, it is now 9pm and i haven’t heard from them. WASTE OF MONEY, i am so disappointed.

Good morning Lisa, unfortunately due to Christmas shipping times your initial order from the 28th December couldn't have a replacement sent until we re-opened after New Year. We can see the replacement was processed on the 9th and safely delivered on the 12th January. We hope the new poster was also of a lovely quality.
Awful company. ZERO AFTER SALES CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Awful company. Second and last time buying from them. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER. If your order arrives all as it should then you're all good, you get what you pay for, good enough prints in OK frames for the kids rooms for OK prices. HOWEVER if something arrives damaged expect ZERO response. The last order contained a damaged large print, completely unusable. I've tried contacting them 2 or 3 times, no response. I've forgot my password so requested a reset, no response. It is literally impossible to get through to them! Wouldn't normally give up and think 'oh it's only £3.99' but if that the price they put on receiving a poor review, warning others and steering away what would have been a returning customer then so be it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CUSTOMER SERVICELESS COMPANY. It might be an item or order a lot more expensive than 3.99 turn up damaged and it's not worth exhausting yourself with! Read the other negative reviews and don't say you weren't warned!
