It’s hard to find good people in this day and age. I’m pleasantly relieved to say that Frank and Gator Packaging are both one of the good ones. Their attention to detail is impeccable. The pricing is impossible to beat. Overall 10 stars and customer service and product quality. I highly recommend this company.

Frank is the best
Frank was the most helpful, responsive, and helped me create the perfect gold box for my event. I ordered with a major rush deadline, and the boxes came way before I even needed them which was a total surprise. Incredible service!

David was Extremely attentive during the process of addressing my product needs. Then became very pushy regarding me doing this survey. I appreciate the help very much but I felt like I was at a care dealership. Too high pressure for me.

Easy to communicate with!
David Strong was my sales representative and he was super polite and very helpful. I was having problems with my email and he understood and emailed me the same email like 5 times until I got it. Thank you !

Working with Eric has been wonderful! He has been very patient and attentive with my order. I requested revisions many times but he always solved my problems.
