Excellent service, was guided to the correct product after a discussion with their technician

Everything I expected, with very good customer service.

The sales team responded straight away to my query, the part was ordered and delivered next working day, easy to set up, excellent service

Had offer , didn’t work on line . Called and was told that to qualify it had to be vat fee figure spend not including vat !! Went elsewhere due to better price .

Next day delivery of gate automation kit. Very helpful with technical advise, phoned back within minutes when I had a query.
Update on this product. Product developed fault after 20 months, replacement sent out and old unit collected under warranty Good service

EDIT: They only supply 1 set of photocells in the kit which, as per manufacturers instructions, is not adequate as a typical installation requires 2 sets (although one set is marked as optional). This should have bee made clear when purchasing the kit so a second set could have been added to the order. I asked them if I could buy the second set and have free postage seeing as I'd just spent nearly £1000 on the previous order. They refused. I said they should at least mention that you should consider a second set when buying the kit as an add-on sale and the chap on the phone sounded very disinterested.

I ordered a Lift Master 2 gate underground opener kit which was roughly the same price here as anywhere else online but I opted to buy from here as they had great reviews.

I have to agree with the great reviews as within 3 hours I had an email from their courier saying it was dispatched and would be with me the following morning. It came in three boxes as it's quite heavy and they were all well packed and no damage at all.

Their excellent service and choice of courier makes them worthy of 5 stars.
