Shortly after this be sent the contacted me for shippiung address and informed me that it ws still under waranty. A new hose was shipped and received in about a weektime period from start to finsish. Very ehlpful kept me informed fo each step. GREA"T Service!!

I believe Garerett Wade works hard to bring unique and interesting/innovative products to market. However, they do not provide good service to take care of customers when there is an issue. I purchased a hose reel/cart, and I had an issue one week after the one year warranty expired where a special/integral plastic piece of the cart broke. There are no replacement parts available, and customer service basically told me I was out of luck. Also, and this is a big concern for me, they moderate the reviews that customers leave, and do not post negative reviews. I have left two reviews that are not showing on the website even though the reviews were confirmed via email. I doubt I will ever shop there again.

Great customer service and love my purchase!
First of all their products are great, Best heavy duty loppers I have used and I use them a lot on the ranch!
Second I had an old one and decided to buy a new one and saw they had replacement blades for them. Unfortunately the blades did not come with the new lopper, which had been received, so I called Customer Service and a very good rep looked up my order and said they should have vome in same box. Bottom line she put in a replacement order and within 5 days they arrived and the parts fit as I have installed new blade on my old one and it cuts like new!
They are a small business and I highly recommend products and service!

I received my landscaping tool last fall and used it for a few days and really loved it. Unfortunately after using it for a few hours this spring , the metal head broke. I looked it up and it was past the 90 day return period but decided to message Garret Wade about it, to see if they would do anything about it. It was late in the evening when I sent my message and they responded the next day that they were sending a replacement. It arrived within less than 1 week. Items originally arrived damaged from shipping. Communication regarding the issue was quick and responsive. The process for getting the issue resolved was fairly painless. Will be buying more from them in the future.
Received some broken/cracked items. Contacted customer with the problem and pictures of the damage. Items were replaced promptly and packed with extra packing to insure no damage. Very helpful people. Will shop here again.
I really wanted to rate this company as a BIG FAT GOOSE EGG. I am a seamstress and I ordered myself a new pair of shears for Christmas. I never received them YET YOU TOOK MY MONEY. I was unable to track my purchase through your app it too was a big run around with no satisfaction. I will not order from you again or recommend you to anyone else. I realize it is now 4 months after Christmas but I am still waiting on my gift.

It gives you a lot of confidence in spending money on "investment" garden tools knowing this company stands by their quality.
The response to my question of warranty on my S/S 100' Hoses was quite professional. I provided the videos with a short explanation of the internal leakage.
New hoses were sent with no charges. Having 4 of them functional in my yard is very helpful.

I purchased an antique looking glass candle holder and loved it! But unfortunately had an accident where the glass broke. I reached out to customer service and the item was still under warranty so they sent a replacement!
I'm torn about how to rate these guys. I ordered their extremely-well-rated heavy duty bypass lopper. They shipped it super quickly and it arrived the next day. That's a big plus, obviously. The lopper, however, did a pitiful job of cutting through the skins of newer branches. It was clearly a design flaw, so I returned it to them on the basis of a quality issue. The return process was super easy and excellent...another big plus, obviously. SO, I waited the 3-5 business days after they received my return in accordance with what they stated on their website to expect, and on business day 5, sure enough, my refund notification arrived in my e-mail. So, yet another big plus. BUT!!! They did NOT give me a full refund. I feel they were intentionally deceptive with their stated refund policy on their website. They did NOT refund the shipping or the tax on the shipping, yet they elected not to disclose that they wouldn't in their refund policy. ''Shop with confidence'', they stated. ''Just send it back within 90 days of receiving it for a full refund'', they stated. Well, I did all that, yet I did not receive a full refund. I would rate them 5 stars if their stated refund policy had disclosed ''full refund less shipping and tax on shipping'' or ''partial refund (product price and tax less shipping and tax on shipping)'', but this just seems like clear intentional deceit on their part to have not disclosed any of that, which is so strange, because they did everything else so well. How many customers do they have to tick off before they simply update their stated refund policy to reflect what they truly refund?

I upped my rating by a star since they did ultimately refund the shipping and tax, thereby making it a true full refund. If they update their refund policy page at some point so that it provides clear details on what is required on the customer's part to receive a full refund including shipping and tax instead of their undisclosed ''standard refund'', then I will give them an additional star.

After the order was placed, the tracking information only showed that a shipping label had been created. The package was never picked up by the carrier and continued to show that it remained at the merchant’s warehouse.
On March 6, 2026 at approximately 11:49 AM UTC, I emailed Garrett Wade customer support requesting an update and tracking information for Order #551029.
On March 6, 2026 at approximately 6:52 AM EST, Garrett Wade Customer Care responded stating that the package was “currently being prepared for pick up” and asked that I check back within 24–48 hours for updated tracking.
After waiting the requested time, the tracking status did not change and the package still had not been shipped.
On March 7, 2026 at approximately 7:02 AM, Garrett Wade sent another email reminder referencing the same response, but the order still had not shipped.
I followed up again stating that I had still not received any updates and asking why the order had not shipped.
As of the date of filing this dispute, the merchandise has not been delivered and the tracking continues to show that the package has not been shipped.
Because the merchant charged my account but has not delivered the merchandise or provided shipment of the order, I am requesting a full refund.
