Bought an item on sale as a gift labeled “exchange possible”, then discovered AFTER receiving the item that’s its final sale (in red suddenly, on the site invoice). No exceptions made. Will not shop here anymore.

I love the selection of brands at Garmentory. The item I purchased came in great condition and sooner than the anticipated delivery dated. Overall very please and will be back again for sure

I was sold shoes not in original packaging- they arrived used in a cloth sack. The color was falsely advertised and the small window return leaves me stuck with them.

I ordered a pair of shoes that came from a store in Spain. I received a notice from DHL that they were stuck in customs. Part of the issue was that they (customs) were requiring me to upload a picture of my SS card and also fill out a confusing form about materials and manufacturing numbers! Garementory customer service was terrible (you can't call and speak to a person) and they took days to get back...finally letting me know that I may have to pay 20-40% more than the item because of tariffs! I ended up having to pay $240 more for the shoes. They said I signed the"terms and conditions" BUT they should have had an Additional warning at checkout letting the consumer know of this CRAZY upcharge. In that case I would have not gone through with the order.
