Made an order 10 days ago and still not heard anything on delivery arrangements, or even an update to say dispatched, just payment taken.

Contacted them by phone on 3 occasions but never got through as after 10 mins the line goes dead.

Still not had a reply by email or phone, so no idea when my product is and just out of pocket.

Plan to file indemnity with the bank as can't make contact.

The best price for this item around.ordering and delivery were simple to do and executed perfectly.

Agree with most of reviews quality and price could not be beaten but delivered later then garden street said but all arrived undamaged. Very pleased with garden furniture.

I ordered an 8-seat set of garden furniture shortly before midnight on Tuesday, it was dispatched the next day with advised delivery on Friday, a 3 hour time slot was available on Thursday and tracking available on Friday morning.

The set arrived pretty much bang in the middle of the time slot and was exactly as ordered.

The price paid was several hundred pounds cheaper than going direct to the manufacturer or other well-known and never knowingly beaten retailers, as cheap as I could find anywhere else and the only retailer offering delivery at that price. Hard to find fault in that really.

Where there was some room for improvement was in the delivery itself - the set included a 73kg, 2.2 x 1.5m glass top table. The delivery was a one-man service via tail-lift and is a kerbside service, with driver’s discretion to go beyond.

Our driver was great and brought stuff through to the garden - but there were nervy moments while he shifted the table around his van to the tail lift and held it in place as it was lowered.

He probably could have rolled it off himself, but wouldn’t have been able to shift it and, had he not been happy with help to take it round back, we’d have struggled to get it where it needed to go.

So my advice to prospective purchasers of large items would be to go for it but be prepared to lend a hand or have some muscle on standby. If you can’t do that and want guaranteed delivery to location of your choice then maybe check if upgraded delivery is available or accept to pay a bit more elsewhere.I can also understand how damage could occur, but we didn’t have any issues - so overall 5 stars is merited.

Products are good but delivery service is poor. It took a month longer than suggested to delivery the second item, and the date just kept getting pushed back and back. Had to keep chasing for updates but responses were prompt and polite. I got the impression that a 3rd party was involved and it was out of the hands of Garden Street. Would probably not use again

I read A LOT of reviews before making a decision. They were *very* mixed, so I took a shot and it went great!
I bought a big sideboard, which they kindly placed inside the house.
I placed the order on the 10th Dec, got it on the 12th! I happily surprised as they specified the delivery time to be 1-5 working days. No issues whatsoever😊

I got Kettler Cora 6 seater round table. It was the cheapest option I could find. Finance was available too, which was handy. There was a problem with one of the table feet. They quickly contacted the manufacturer, who then sent us a replacement. We can now enjoy our beautiful round garden table, love it!

I purchased a 6 seat outdoor dining set together with the (relevant) cover. The dining set arrived undamaged but the cover was massive and totally unsuitable to cover my dining set.

I contacted Garden Street explaining the situation and attaching photos. They advised they would only accept this in the original packaging and in resealable condition. As this was factory packed it was impossible to fit the cover back in to the zipped bag.

Despite explaining in detail, the company have refused to budge and are refusing a refund or replacement. I am now left with a cover which I cannot use.

If you are looking for a satisfactory customer service outcome do not use this company.

Received arbour big crack in one off the panels contacted Garden street who said they would send replacement panel ,Don’t have time to wait for replacement being delivered ask for small refund ,no cannot give small refund never heard anything so ridiculous surely would cost them more to deliver another panel ,couldn’t make it up ,arbour no pre drilled holes which was nightmare ,bag full off screws etc over no wouldn’t use again

Great value, the best price compared to other retailers. Delivery was on time and the driver was helpful and courteos. Very good quality product, patio table and chairs.

Ordered & paid for three wooden post finials to finish off the posts on my patio screen.
Two days later my money was refunded & told I could only purchase them if I bought fencing....... what a ridiculous & strange business practice!
Purchased some from Wickes DIY AND £3 each cheaper than theirs.

Excellent service from Garden Street when trying to track down some dining furniture. The guys went beyond the call of duty.

High quality garden furniture. I am impressed by the quality and affordable price. Spouse put it together in a few minutes. Delivery great. The whole experience top notch.

Ordered Hartmann furniture. Delivery was on time and driver rang me 30 mins before arrival.

Straightforward transaction with prompt delivery. Product as expected and good value.

Ordered the panama set of table and 6 Stacking chairs on 4th May and only just got my refund over 2 months later. Purchase price £849.00. The chairs arrived badly damaged — chipped, scratched, and poorly packaged. The table was the only item properly packed and undamaged.

They were slow to respond to emails, told me to keep the table, and sent replacement chairs — which also arrived damaged in the same poor packaging despite me raising this as an issue with Garden Street. Then they refused to try again and insisted on collecting everything (including the table) for a refund.

To make matters worse, the courier turned up without notice on a day they had said collection wasn’t possible, interrupting me whilst working.

I’ve since ordered the same items from Hills, Home and Garden with zero issues and really well packaged.
Garden Street were stressful, unreliable, and clearly unable to deliver quality furniture. I am amazed they have been unable to deliver undamaged goods.

Good product, but the delivery was poor. Goods were significantly damaged by the delivery people. I complained to Garden Street, and am still waiting for a proper response - all they say is that Garden Street is just a middle man - all the blame lies at their supplier (Palram) and the delivery people that they chose. What a cop-out. So I'm going to have a go at this company as they need to take responsibility on their own shoulders. PS - following my complaint, Garden Street has now compensated me for the poor delivery. Thank you.

We ordered a BBQ and cover, both arrived in good time and are great. However we got notifications of delivery of the cover, but not of the bbq, so had no idea when it was coming we were just surprised to find it sat in clear view in the middle of our driveway when I got home one day. I was not impressed that we got no information about delivery nor was I happy with where it was left as was not safe. I raised it with Garden Street along with a few questions. They chose to ignore it the first 2 emails and the 3rd time it just felt like a fob off and thay they were not taking it seriously. Im not sure how I would feel using a company again who really are not bothered about how poor the delivery company they use are. This was the main let down.
