Got two baby Parrotlets from here, pleasant enough.

Usually we'll stocked shop, but visited today and was disappointed, with some basic items out of stock. Still managed to buy a couple of items but had a long wait to be served at the till, young staff members seemed indifferent,even when asked if anyone could process my items. Staff need to be more alert to their customers, or explain why they're busy doing something else and will be with you ASAP. Didn't even get an apology for the delay...come on garden feathers I know you can do better

I love this store, they always come up with things I cannot find elsewhere and if I need something they don't have listed on the website they will respond to me even on a Sunday afternoon and list the item next thing on Monday and let me know.

I live in west Wales I phoned and ordered parrot handrearing food as my chicks were due to hatch and had been let down by another company and garden feathers came up trumps and I had my parcel the following amazing 👏 thank you very much and the woman who dealt with me was very polite thank you.

Poor service, after purchasing 2 of the same item, I was emailed to say we only have one in stock, disappointed did not offer a reduction in postage costs.

Failed delivery last two days,rang garden feather, customer service denied all responsibility said once the goods left is up to the delivery firm to complete the transaction.
Charge £7.99 for delivery with no help from this company.

I have been ordering from this shop for some months now. They stock a great selection of bird feed, some in smaller packets which can be useful, and many other great products. When something is out of stock, they have always been helpful.

Let me start by saying, we have used Garden Feathers for a number of years, even bought birds from them, the girls are very knowledgeable and we’ve never had a problem, until today!
Today we experienced disgusting customer service. We booked our birds in to board, paid deposit, wrote down names and colours of each bird, talked to staff about who can be let out with who, she even made notes. We all knew four birds were coming to board, until today! We went today to drop off birds as agreed, to be told a mistake had been made, as they only thought two birds were coming in and I’d need to pay double. This isn’t just a few pound, but £90! I showed her the sheet where I wrote all four names down etc, but she didn’t know what to do, so went off to get the owner. He returned saying the price was for two cages, I agreed two cages with two birds in each, as I and his member of staff wrote down. With no apology of his staff members mistakes, he said “so we don’t get into an argument, I would suggest you don’t board your birds here”. What lovely customer service, firstly no apology, and secondly couldn’t even speak to me, totally ignored anything I was saying then just stared at me. So Sunday afternoon with four birds to find boarding and going on on holiday tomorrow.

I have been ordering from garden feathers for a while now and no complaints. Are quick with order and very efficient if you do need to ring them for anything👍👍👍

I have now ordered several times from this company. My experience has always been good with quick delivery. Although delivery is pricey.
I have tried several other companies to deliver my poultry food to me, however garden feathers is by far the best!

Good experience. I ordered to bags of chicken food which were delivered in good order. Ordering was easy. I was sent txt messages regarding my delivery to keep me updated.
Ive previously had a bad experience with a competitor and this site was then recommended to me, I would order again.

Great experience & kept informed of a slight delay in delivery of a Celtei back pack for one of my pets. Very pleasant experience & good after sales service.

Experienced no issues using the store. Will return in future. Only store in UK I have found that stocks Garden Feathers bird food.
