Gardener's Supply Company Recenzje

It was extremely easy to use your website to order my item. I would have given you a 5 star rating if it was delivered when told because it was on back order. I wasn't going to use them until next year so it didn't really matter if it was late.

My purchase was backordered. This has happened before when ordering a product that I intended as a gift. I should have read the acknowledgement of my order more closely, rather than assume that all was set and the package would be right along. My order has now been received and will be given for Christmas.

Decided to get some recycled rubber walkway for a particularly muddy section of my yard, was very pleased with the way they were rolled and wrapped for delivery, making it very easy to put them in place. They are exactly what I wanted for that area, and the drainage is no longer damaging plants on the edges of that area.

Please inform me when there is going to be a delay in shipping an item I ordered. This item was due to be shipped on October 11, and I just received it on November 4.

Tabletop SunLite® Garden on back order for two months. Would be nice to have online products available when advertising.

Although there were some delays & an error in the order, customer representative Peter took the time & effort to make sure all was correct in the end

We are very happy with these rain barrels. They look really nice. Shipping was fast. Overall we are very satisfied. Thank you!

I still haven't received the tomato towers!

I have been very pleased with the Veg Trugs I have ordered. I also greatly appreciate the way you handle your business. I appreciate the email updates on estimated delivery times and notifications when the product has shipped. Your business is obviously well organized. Glad I found you and will continue to do business with you in the future.

Items Delayed for almost two months. When I called and checked on items, they kept me on hold for long periods. Each time I was told it would arrive in the next couple of days, but took several more weeks to arrive. By the time the item arrive it was past when I needed them, making the purchase useless till next year.

great coverage of products on line. Easy to use. Had some questions so called the company and found they were very professional, new their products well and courteous.

I do enjoy shopping with your company. Your website was easy to to navigate. My order was a gift and it was delivered promptly. Thanks for your great service.
The free shipping was a bonus to my order.

I bought finger snips from this site to use at my job, since sometimes I have trouble gripping and opening things. They arrived quickly and I didn't have any complaints about the state of the packaging, either. They're simple to operate and VERY sharp, so quality product. I would definitely purchase from here again.

I received the heavy package and was pleasantly surprised at the beauty of the wood. The smell of the cedar was refreshing. It was easy to assemble but heavy to relocate to its final spot. The height of the box will be easy to plant and harvest vegetables

Quality of items are great but the lag time to get them is very, very long without updates regarding status. Meanwhile, I was able to get most of the items via other vendors so I got a bonus when these items finally arrived.

Ordered chicken wire cloche. They look great, and I am confident they will frustrate the ground squirrels next spring when I replant the plants they feasted on this year.
I will be ordering more before spring arrives.

Package was fine when received. It was a hose so will have to wait until spring to see how it works.
