Gap Year Travel Store Recenzje

Good product, comms, shipping

Great products at competitive prices. Delivered quickly, well packaged. Bought packing cubes and stuff sacks to use in our camper van to enable good use of limited space. These fit the bill really well.

We found the perfect bag, so well done to them for stocking it when no one else did! It came the next day! I had a couple of emails with an extremely helpful customer support guy called Stewart Wright. He was informative, kind and provided the best level of customer support you should be able to get in this weird old world. Thank you :)

I was lucky to stumble on Gap Year Travel Store. The professional response was very impressive.

We bought our first Eagle Creek Cubes 20 years ago and love them. So easy to pack clothes by day when on tour so we can pull the cube out for every night without having to hunt for stuff. Also helps to reduce unnecessary items. These are good quality and value for money. Will be buying more

I was driving by the warehouse and popped in on the off chance. Though you can't purchase from the warehouse I was taken inside and shown the backpack I was interested in, excellent customer service and the osprey sojourn 60 that I then bought online was delivered very quickly. It is a fantastic wheeled backpack of which my daughter is delighted with as she travels around Australia and Indonesia.

Great service, website had what I needed and it arrived quickly!

Very helpful and reliable customer service. I had issues of when I could have my item delivered and Stewart was prompt with responding to my emails as well as providing options for addressing the issue. He was a good as his word sending the delivery on the agreed date.

Fast delivery, great customer service 🙌🏼

Very helpful and ready to advise. Quick delivery and good after sale.
Thank you

I was slightly nervous dealing with gapyeartravel as I hadn't bought from them before. Bought a drysack at a great price, delivery didn't arrive on time but I suspect that was more the Post Ofiices fault and wasn't a big problem at all.

Would happily buy from them again.

The item arrived when expected and was as described. As some other reviews mentioned, it's slightly heavier than a normal backpack but that is to be expected with the wheels built in. I've not used it yet, but it does look spacious enough and comfortable when put on. I wish the luggage came with zip locker, but not a biggie. Overall, I'm excited to try it out on few months long trip and report back then :)

Ordered these nets on late Friday night was kept fully informed via e mail until they were received on Tuesday.
Nets are just as stated.
Only issue was they were delivered to wrong street !! But that happens often !!!

Great product and fast delivery- what more could you want?

Very good kwik service

Great customer service, excellent choice of products for all travellers. Dispatch was quick and everything arrived in 48 hours

As described, arrived quickly

Unfortunately, I was unable to get the right colour way that I desired from this reseller so I had to return. However, I received exemplary, very courteous and professional service. I highly recommend this business and I will not hesitate to use them again next time.

Gap Year Travelstore was the only online store I could find with the bag in stock. Once ordered the bag was despatched promptly and it arrived when I was informed it would. I would order from them again.
