I bought a game via Gamesrocket and it has now been revoked by Steam, with the message below:

Your recent Product code activation has been revoked due to a problem processing payment for this item. The games associated with this product code can no longer be played as a result. This could be due a problem with the payment methods you used to acquire this item from a third-party seller; or a problem with how the third-party seller acquired the Product code. Please contact the seller you acquired the Product code from for assistance.

If you would like to purchase the item, please visit the Steam Store. Otherwise you may choose to delete the local content associated with these games.

Ich warte seit fast 12 Monaten auf die Erstattung eines stornierten Artikels. Etliche Kontaktaufnahmen blieben unbeantwortet. Der Support reagiert einfach nicht.

I'm leaving a review out of desperation, in the hope of getting a response from Gamesrocket...

I ordered the Egret II Mini, but it has faulty speakers (no sound from right speaker, distorted sound from left speaker).

I've attempted contact through the website and sent several emails, but no reply in nearly 2 weeks.

Extremely disappointed with the non-existent service.

Ordered an Egret II Mini, and after a delayed response even shipping it and ignoring my support queries, it arrived incomplete with parts missing, including the panel to attach the instruction cards into.

For how much you're paying, you would expect a complete in box product. Will update review if they respond and send out the missing parts.

Preordered and paid for a EGRET Ⅱ mini , arcade stick control panel and track ball and , I mailed them several times for an update , got some excuse two months ago that their site doesn't work but they would ship very soon and then they stopped reacting and dissapeared . Updated :
In the end I got my order so my rating goes from 1 to 3 stars but the communication is severely lacking .

12th July:

I pre-ordered a product with them that the reservation was supposed to end in February, that they were supposed to start sending them from May to June, but they changed the date for July, but still nothing, not even an email explaining why they changed the shipping date.

At the time of paying they sent me an email where they gave me a link to check the status of the order, which never worked, so I contacted them and they answered me at that time, and I tried to contact them again but I have not obtained a response.

After this, I started to check the internet and I realized that it is not the first time that this happens with that site.

Please, if you are reading this, avoid using these companies, or do so at your own risk.

As of today, you can still "pre-order" the product on their site.

Ich habe 40€ für ein Spiel bezahlt und kein Code bekommen. Seit 2 Wochen habe ich auch keine Rückmeldung vom Support bekommen, obwohl ich drei Emails geschickt habe. Bleibt fern von dieser Seite.

It has even changed the website and deleted access to accounts so i can't see nothing from my purchase. Damn scammer!

Guys, this seller will try to take your money and ignore your messages. For your good sake, ignore the positive comments. It's all lies!

Update:

Paypal returned my money on January 26. The seller didn't bother at all to respond or return the money. It had to be Paypal 17 days later who made the return, ruling the dispute in my favor:

"We have reviewed the case that he filed on January 9, 2022 and have resolved it in his favor."

I ask all customers please not to purchase through GamesRocket! Stop feeding this kind of scammers.

I can't get anything, still can't use my games, this system is as unpleasant as possible. I prefer G2A.com 100 times better.

So I ordered two FFXIV 60-day game cards from these scam artists... Now, they have multiple domains for different countries. I'm ordering from America, I use the .com domain. I order from a US IP, using a US billing address and a US credit card. They send me codes for the European version, which don't work with the US version.

I ask for a refund, they refuse. They claim I ordered from their European domain, which is actually .co.uk and then in the very same email they acknowledge I ordered from the .com. domain. I point this out, and... I'll let their professionalism speak for itself, the following is a clip from the last email they sent me - from a "support rep", before they started ignoring my mails entirely:

do you suffer from loss of reality?

You purchases on our wuropean Domain www(dot)gamesrocket(dot)com. We have logfiles for every oder!
"

Yep. Insults, "wuropean"... and while I'm glad to know they have logs of every "oder" I assure you I showered prior to my digital transaction!

I want to say that this is the single worst business transaction of my life but honestly if I count the entertainment value in their replies I can't say I walked away with nothing.

Long story short, avoid 'em! The codes are no good, they're just another scam and I fell for it. Fortunately my credit company found the same and reversed the transaction.

Schade, dass man nicht 0 Sterne geben kann. Dreckig finde ich auch das ich angeblich den Code zugeschickt bekommen hätte habe ich aber nicht.

Very bad, downloadable game purchased/ paid for but stuck at "livekey check", just like all the others here. It's a scam, will start legal procedings via a german lawfirm and all costs will be for them, see how they like their 22 euros then... ;)

Der 50€ Code kam schnell. Aber der 25€ Code lädt schon seit gestern Abend und wird einfach nicht fertig! Der soll endlich ankommen!!! ):
